Our elegant and renovated house in the center of the town of Sant Adrià del Besòs has a capacity of up to 5 people and offers comfort as if you were at home: Wi-Fi, television and heating.

It is distributed in 2 double bedrooms (one of them has a sofa bed), 2 full bathrooms (1 of them en suite), a fully equipped kitchen with utensils and appliances (refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee maker, washer and dryer. ) and living/dining room.

From the living room and the bedrooms you can directly access the bright balconies.

It also has a private roof terrace furnished with a dining area and a chill out area, ideal for family dinners after spending the day at the beach.

Check in war super, wir kamen viel später an wie geplant, was aber kein Problem war. Super Kommunikation auf Englisch oder spanisch. Waschmaschine und Trockner waren vorhanden und wurden auch genutzt(neuwertig). Geschirr reicht aus. Wir haben dort nur gefrühstückt, da wir die ganzen Tage unterwegs waren. Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln gab es sogar. WLAN war super. Sauberkeit war okay. Die Betten sind super bequem gewesen. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage aber die Deckenventilatoren reichen gut aus zum Schlafen. Abends auf dem Balkon geht eine angenehme Briese. Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung, die Bahn ist fast vor der Tür und das Personal dort ist sehr hilfsbereit, wenn man sich nicht auskennt. Mit dem TCasual kommt man überall hin. Es gibt zwei kleine Supermärkte in direkter Nähe und einen Alcampo. Ist alles zu Fuß machbar.

Spacious and clean, great for family to spread out! Quiet and sweet neighborhood with grocery store and bakery nearby. Lovely people in neighborhood. Easy access to Barcelona via tram, train or bus.

Costly location confusion

We took a taxi to the address listed for the property. The taxi driver took us to an address in Barcelona instead of Sant Adria de Besos. This was a costly mistake because we had to find another taxi in the middle of a neighborhood in Barcelona nowhere near the true location of the property to take us to the correct address of the apartment. Nowhere in the description of the location it was stated that the property is quite far from Barcelona proper and that Sant Adria de Besos is sort of a suburb quite distant from the Plaza de Catalunya, Las Ramblas, etc. and the Cruise ships Terminal, which was most important to us since we Barcelona was our departure point for a cruise. I would suggest that on the description of the property, it should be stated that Sant Adria de Besos is not located in Barcelona proper but instead in another section of the city. Otherwise, the property was spacious and very clean. One last suggestion: please fix the handle of the shower in the master bathroom, so that the shower head would have to held by hand while showering. Thank you for your attention.

The software was difficult, slow or not responsive, confusing about signature processing. I believe we thought we was successful completing the process, but was not- Heffa was very helpful at the property to complete the check in via telephone communication.
