The place was listed as "one bedroom studio", but this is essentially a hotel room. It does sleep 3 if the 3rd person is willing to sleep on a couch. The price was okay for what was listed but way too much for what we actually got. The location is great.

Great pre-cruise spot!

We very much enjoyed staying here the night before our cruise departure. It was convenient and located in a great spot for restaurants. We ate at the restaurant in the building, which was called Talum and was fantastic. The check-in and checkout process were smooth and the communication was excellent.

Great stay in Miami

The apartment was veey clean and comfortable. Location in Brickell was great. Lots of things to walk to near the apartment and other places were a quick ride to get to. We also really enjoyed the pool and lounge chairs on the property in the late.afternoon.

Beautiful residence at the W Hotel Brickell

Classy boutique setting on Brickell, easy access from the street, well appointed 26th floor studio apartment with wonderful first floor coffee shop and cozy Tulum restaurant on the15th floor with indoor/outdoor seating, great drinks and delicious food. Walkable neighborhood with all desired amenities close by.

Short Stay

We stayed at the Brickell residence for 3 days. It was a nice location and walking distance to a very nice Mall. Apartment was clean. The roof top pool was most enjoyable . A place to sit back, relax and enjoy the sun.

Very Nice Stay

it's my 3rd time in the building so I'm familiar with the city. The location is extremely well placed in the city The apartment is very convenient, very clean and communication was extremely easy. Thank you Rodrigo and special Thanks to Barbara who was great on site. The only thing missing is more closet space. We stayed 1 week for 2 peoples so we needed storage. I will add a piece of furniture in the closet and the apartment will be perfect. Also in the past the other owners gave a little special attention by offering a bottle of wine. That would have been appreciated too. So all in all I give a 4/5 +.

Nice room, Parking is not included

We stayed one night for a show in Miami and chose this room for how nice it looked online. I read the reviews and saw how the check-in process is a little hectic. It's not so bad (have your ID's ready) and the hostess who met us there was very nice and patient. We had to check in after 10pm due to the show we attended which is a 50 fee (we knew of this from the fine print and we were ok with it). However, the parking is valet only and it's 50 a day so if you're staying for a while, don't forget to budget that in. For us to stay only one night, 50 for parking is a little excessive, especially since checkout is at 10am. As for the room, the bed looks plush online but its more firm. The bathroom is large, but there's an unfinished plaster repair on the ceiling of the shower. The noise level was not great because you can hear cars, motorcycles, and sirens throughout the night which I didn't expect on the 26th floor, but that's a part of Miami's city night life. Besides that, the view is stunning, the room is clean and spacious, and the hostess was nice and helpful.

Not Totally as Expected

We traveled that day from Indiana, to Punta Gorda airport and then to Miami. We didn't know we needed to send a picture ID to renter until we tried checking in. It quite frustrating. We couldn't reach the owner so the person at the location helped us get in contact with him. The ceiling of the shower was a different shade of paint (leak?), the tub was extremely tall and difficult to get into and out, there was bad plumbing, and no plug for the sink so we almost lost the lid to our toothpaste down the drain. There was a draft coming in from either the door or window. You couldn't us the luggage cart without giving them your ID. The bellhop took forever and came to find out, he took the wrong set of keys. Would not recommend this unit or location.

Would never stay with person again

My stay was nothing short of infuriating. The owner barely communicated or responded. Lets start with I received a message to send my ID 2 days prior. At that time I communicated I was traveling with my daughter and asked if her ID was needed. I was told only the adult. I was never told why IDs were needed. If it had been communicated that IDs were needed prior to arrival to access the pool and spa, I would have gladly sent them. But that was never communicated. I sent several messages over several hours asking for the host to add my daughter to the reservation so we could access the amenities. NOT ONCE DID HE REPLY. And he was the only one who could do that, not the person who checked us in.Also it was NEVER communicated that attachments can only be sent via web not the app. So I spent 2 days again reaching out to the host asking how do I send him information. No replies. I actually arrived from out of state not knowing if I even had a place to stay because there was no responses to my messages.I choose this place specifically for the amenities that I never got to use because he didnt reply to any of my messages. Also it is listed that there is 2 bedrooms. There is not. It is also listed there is a futon bed. There is not. I should state that when we finally got there and was escorted to an elevator, told what floor to go to and our apartment number; we sat outside the locked apartment for 10 minutes waiting. I had to text 2 numbers before I got a code.

Very nice room. The sliding door could use some maintenance along with the button for the jets in the tub but overall very nice. Valet parking only on site thats not the cheapest (this is a high rise apt bldg) but we parked and walked so we didnt have to pay for multiple parking sessions.

There were lots of places to walk to, but the traffic is a little crazy. The pool was HUGE, but we did not like having to check in to the room and then check in to the pool again. Should be on the same system. Also, the neighborhood is loud with car horns and the view is not anything like the pictures posted on the website. The apartment seemed very run down and could use a refresh. However, overall we were satisfied with our stay.

Perfect Stay

We only stayed 3 nights but everything was great. The pool is stunning and the whole complex is very exceptional. The location is great, walking distance to both downtown and Brickell.
