Nice caravan in a tidy, well looked after holiday park. Communication with the host was very good, check in was very easy and the caravan was well stocked with all we needed. Slightly disappointed that swimming and activities advertised were extra charge and needed to be booked otherwise all good.

Great base for our weekend

We spent the weekend in Chichester for a rugby tour and the caravan and caravan site was a great bad with fantastic facilities

Good stay in ideal location

My daughter and I stayed for 3 nights. The caravan was very clean and well maintained. The sea was just a short walk away through the site and the area was very pleasant with shops for food not far away. The only downside was the site Wi-Fi was very slow/non existent which made logging devices or doing work a little tricky. Would highly recommend apart from that.

Spacious, well equipped mobile home

Great spot few minutes from nature reserve and beach. Cost of activity pass is extortionate so we didn’t bother. Westgate leisure centre in Chichester is great and we could use everything but the pool and evening entertainment for free.

Great for the Kids

Caravan was adequate for the size of our group (Nanny/Grandad and 3 grand children). Clean van and all necessary items for a lovely stay. Only one issue was the shower controls weren't working properly at the time and as such the shower water flow was constantly too hot. We did report this to the owner ( who was always available 24/7 if needed) so presume it has now been dealt with? The site is ideal for families and children of all ages. You do need an entertainment pass which is rather expensive but if you wish to use the Haven (site owners) Swimming Pool then you have to have it! Otherwise you can do what we did and went to the Local pool in Bognor Regis, which is brilliant and a lot cheaper. Food on site is ok and we used the restaurant for an evening meal and also for a breakfast once. The Kids eat for a £1.00 if adults are ordering a full main meal, which is a good deal. After this take the kids to the ample arcade/slot machine/games etc' room... they loved it!
