良かった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス
Disappointed that towels (or tea-towels) were not provided - even though I rang before travelling to confirm that they would be provided - the property advert should give a full list of amenities provided (or not) so guests know what to bring with them / Only 4 mugs available for 6 guests ?!? / Beds a bit uncomfortable/small/narrow for a 6'2" bloke (springs rather than mattress) - expected more for 'Gold' standard accommodation (but I'm not a regular camper) / Not enough pillows / No taxi service available on Saturday evening - guests will need to book in advance / No shop on site for forgotten essentials / Nice pub/restaurant on site / Quiet and friendly site / Nice pub (Ship Hotel) in Allonby but need to walk along sea-front (stony beach) to get there (no safe road/path available) / Confusing who the booking was with and who to contact with a query - Expedia/Hoseasons/Lyons Manor House/Vrbo ?? / The Hoseasons 'My Account' that was offered didn't have the booking details.
