I am so very pleased that you liked the condo but I am wondering if you might have this property confused with another one? The pool is literally steps away across a small parking lot. (we only have 44 condos so not a huge parking lot). Our pool is not heated when the temperatures are in the 80,s --- on your arrival day it was 88 degrees and in the 80"s all week. I do understand that some people like a very warm pool but we do have a hot tub that might have been better for you. My husband complains about a hot pool because he says it is not refreshing--so pleasing everyone is not always easy. As for the refrigerator, we have never had any leaking from it so if there was I would have thought that you would have called us because this could cause issues with the condo below. Bottom freezers can leak if the door is not shut completely and of course this could easily happen. As for cleaning, we do ask that excessive sand be cleaned up but this is mostly for your benefit because the quartz sand on tile floors make them very slippery. Scheduling cleaning is not a requirement (we have already scheduled the housekeepers) but we do ask that if you could call or text the housekeeper with your departure time it would be helpful to the housekeeper. Many guests leave early in the morning and if this happens the housekeeper could begin their day sooner--none of this is a requirement but it is helpful.
