The cottage was immaculately clean for our welcome with thoughtful additions for our 'pet' (blankets, treats). It was fabulous having a shop a couple of hundred yards up the road, and parking was perfect....along with the views over the Loch. Strachaur, never visited before was a very pleasant stay and enhanced all that we already knew of Scotland.... highly recommneded.

A very cosy and comfortable cottage, in a good location for travelling to the main towns and sights in the area. Very well equipped and with all mod cons.Had some problems with the Wi-Fi but this was dealt with fairly swiftly. On the negative, we found it a bit stuffy upstairs and unfortunately some of the window vents couldn't be opened. There's a bit of mould in the bathroom (mostly from the shower leaking onto the floor via a gap in the shower screen) and the kitchen could possibly do with a deeper clean. All in all, a good wee find; and we had a great week!

Perfect holiday base!

A very comfortable and cosy pet friendly cottage that had everything needed for a long or short break. The addition of a few supplies including a bottle of Cava and chocolates was much appreciated after a long journey. Lovely views over the loch and ideal location to explore the area. We will definitely book again. Thank you

Ideal location

Our cottage served as the perfect base for exploration, from Arran to Glencoe. It was easy to find, and convenient to main routes. It offered a great view of Loch Fyne, and plenty of easy walking around the area. It was helpful to have a clothes washer, and the kitchen was modern and well equipped. Highly recommended.
