The apartment has two floors. On the first floor are a living room, kitchen, and toilet room. On the second floor, there is a bedroom and a bathroom.

Free parking is available in the inner yard, first come - first served.

The apartment spans two floors. The first floor includes the living room, kitchen, and toilet room. On the second floor, you will find a bedroom and a bathroom.

The apartment can accommodate a company of 4 people. The living room is adorned with rare furniture, and unique paintings hang on the wall.

Additional amenities include a large-screen TV, iron, washing machine, and tables next to the beds for your personal belongings.



The kitchen is functional and compact, equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and other essential kitchenware to ensure the comfort of your stay.

The bedroom is spacious and bright, with a large double bed in the center of the room and a rare bedroom furniture collection for your unique relaxation.



The apartment is on the 2nd floor, the building is protected by heritage due to its authenticity, so there is no elevator in the house.
