A nice break with family.

Three generations had a lovely time. A lot of space inside and out and well located for the coast and Norwich.

Great North Norfolk location

Had a wonderful family gathering for my father's 90th birthday - great location for exploring the North Nortfolk coast from Hunstanton to Cromer and beyond.

Friends weekend

Second visit for us.. just as amazing as the first. Beautiful barn with comfy sofas and beds.. we made good use of the BBQ and enjoyed the peace and quiet of the Barn’s location.. we didn’t want to go home!

Lovely week away

Great location, quiet but really well located for many of the attractions. Very well stocked kitchen and lovely linens and easy to contact the house manager. All in all a great place and we will definitely be back.

Weekend Getaway

Great for a family get together, lots of indoor space which was great with the changing weather. Not far from all the places we wanted to visit. Easy communication with host. Plenary of parking which was great as people can from different parts of the country

Norfolk family holiday

Lovely, spacious barn in a delightful area. We explored locally as we were a car down and had to relay to get places! It was delightful - we could so easily have gone much further afield. The lawn was perfect for croquet - if a bit lumpy - and we enjoyed family rivalry. Thank you

80th spectacular

Fabulous 3 night weekend for a family 80th birthday, the property is immaculate in a fabuĺous country quiet setting. The facilities are comfortable and homely and the converted barn enviroment amazing. Great local pubs and The village of Holt full of beautiful shopping opportunities, and Christmas lights and cheer everywhere. The whole family enjoyed themselves oh so much thank you Sam and family.

Family break

Lovely break with family travelling from Yorkshire and London, ideal location. The barn was spacious, clean and quiet with all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. The weather was ideal and we travelled around seeing the local areas and beaches - only thing for me was the bedroom was warm and needed a fan but that last personal preference! We all throughly enjoyed our stay, and even had fighter jets above us on the last night which was amazing to see as flew low and circled around the barn. Having never been to the area before, it did not disappoint and neither did the barn. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
