Villa "Sabot de Venus" as its name indicates: rare and sublime. At the gateway to the Ubaye Valley, located 5 minutes from the Serre Ponçon lake and 10 minutes from the Montclar resort, we will be there to welcome you and advise you on the best activities (being a paragliding instructor, skier, mountain guide). This villa is set on 2000m2 of land and can accommodate families and groups of friends. You will appreciate the calm, the panoramic view of the Massifs! At 500m, Proxi, Bakery. See you soon.

This villa can accommodate up to 8 people (+ 1 baby- umbrella bed and high chair provided on request);

It includes:

A living room with living room of 60 m2, dining area and open kitchen equipped (refrigerator, freezer, Oven, coffee maker Nespresso pods, dishwasher, raclette appliance, fondue appliance... .
Pellet stove (pellets on request optional 10€).
Terrace with outdoor table, sun loungers.
Gas barbecue available when summer season.

A hallway with 3 bedrooms including 1 double bed (160*200), 1 bed (140*190), 2 beds 1 person, 1 bathroom walk-in shower, 1 toilet, washing machine.

The resort of Montclar is located 10 minutes by car (Alpine skiing, snowshoeing, tobogganing, paragliding, tree climbing, mountain biking, chairlift...) and the Lac de Serre Ponçon (beach, aquasplash, nautical provider....) 5 minutes from the Villa.

A deposit of 1000 € will be requested for the duration of your stay.
