27th Floor, very spacious and clean 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom modern condo with terrace overlooking the highlights of Paris! You will love it! Especially at sunset and by night!

We have one of the the best views in Paris on the Eiffel Tower, The Seine & Montmartre on one side and La Defense on the other side! It is wow factor; you shall see!

15 minute walk to the Esplanade De La Defense Metro Stop.

Building Fob & Front Door Key to be picked up with Laureline Orsetti and left in mailbox #148 downstairs in envelope noted "For Laureline Osetti." Thank you so much! The main key is very precious and very hard to replace!

For christmas up onto January first if you book 3 nights you get one for free .

We had an amazing time and definitely an awesome time spending Christmas '2025 in this high rise property! This property is very clean, well kept, organized and has an amazing panoramic view of Paris City Center with the iconic Eiffel Tower in the background. As soon as we walked inside the property, we were greeted by large glass windows and balcony doors wrapped around the property and overlooking Paris City Center and surrounding neighborhood. The view from the balcony and looking down the River Seine is equally mesmerizing. The location is only about 10 minutes walk to the metro station (Esplanade de la Defense) and very convenient when going to/from the city center and the surrounding areas of Paris. The host is excellent! She communicated really well and her responses are immediate, before, during and after our stay. She also recommended restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries, etc. near the property, which is really helpful. La Rose de Puteaux bakery at the end of the building is a good place to start your morning and pick up freshly baked pastries and other bakery items. I highly recommend this property if you are planning to go to Paris. It has been about a week since we got back to the US and I am missing this place already. The host is excellent and really good in communicating and answering all the questions we had. I really do highly recommend this property.

We had a lovely stay in this apartment. The building is very secure, the apartment is spacious and comfortable with a stunning view of Paris. The kitchen is wonderfully stocked with everything you might need. Our communication with the host was beyond excellent! Boulangerie and restaurants within easy walking distance. Very enjoyable stay!

The view of the Eiffel Tower from the balcony was fantastic! You might have to fight who gets the master bedroom, the view of the Eiffel and the Arc are just as fantastic. Just that alone should make you want to stay here. The apartment was spacious, perfect for 2 couples. Well appointed kitchen. Laureline was a great host to deal with. Very responsive to any questions you have. Would stay here again.

Absolutely Breathtaking Views and a Memorable Paris StayWe had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful high-rise apartment. The panoramic views of the Eiffel Tower, Seine, and Montmartre are even more stunning in person than in the photos — truly magical, especially at night when the city lights up. Waking up and going to sleep with the Eiffel Tower sparkling in the distance was an experience we'll never forget.The apartment was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy, the Wi-Fi was strong, and the kitchen had all the basics for light meals. The building was secure and quiet, and the location made it easy to get around by metro or on foot.Our host, Laureline, was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. She offered great local tips and made the check-in process seamless.My only reservation is that a few of the floorboards in the kitchen area are coming apart, and some of the bed sheets had stains on them when we arrived. Fortunately, Laureline had extra clean sheets available, which we were able to use right away.That said, the overall experience — especially the incredible views — far outweighed these minor issues. This apartment is perfect for anyone looking for a romantic, peaceful, and truly Parisian experience. We would absolutely stay here again!

Breathtaking View of Paris, with Amazing Host!

This high rise apartment was an exceptional stay for our family while in Paris. It offers breathtaking views of many signature landmarks in Paris. The view of the Eiffel Tower is the best in Paris! Watching the Eiffel Tower sparkle at night was both memorable and magical. This apartment also offers spectacular views of the Arc de Triomphe, the Seine, Sacre Couer, and La Defense. The host, Laureline was amazing. She was a wealth of travel knowledge and her experience and expertise helped make our trip to France one that would be filled with memories. She went above and beyond to help us with all aspects of our travel. My family would highly recommend this apartment to any looking for a great stay in Paris!

Better than the pics

The Eiffel is closer than appears in the pics and the condo is larger than I anticipated. You see Montmatre to the left, then the Arc, and then Eiffel. Wow!!! And seeing the Eiffel sparkle from the terrace and the master bedroom is unforgettable. The view of La Defense to the rear is magnificent as well. The host obviously takes great pride in her place and was so very helpful. Very sweet and caring person. And the smell from the flowers and trees in the front of the building is amazing. Jump on this!!!

Amazing views

If you are looking for a place to stay while in Paris then look no further. This was our first trip to Paris and we had no idea what to expect. There are so many places to choose from and when you make the choice I think your first reaction is “did we make the right choice?” Well we absolutely did. Laureline was the kindest and so knowledgeable and there for us every step of the way. She made sure that we had everything we needed. Upon arrival she stayed on the phone with us to make sure we made it into the apartment and once we did the first thing we did was to go out to the terrace with an AMAZING view of the Eiffel Tower. The store below us was perfect not only for any items we may have forgotten but also to pick up any snacks. We can’t say thank you enough to Laureline for being a text away for any questions we may have. She always responded quickly and took care of any issues promptly. If we ever get the chance to go back this is without a doubt where we will stay again.

***The Best Paris Stay***

What a wonderful place to stay! If you want the absolute best view of the Eiffel Tower during your stay in Paris, you must stay here. It's just outside the city, but totally convenient, with the metro an easy 10-min walk away. The property is wonderful — plenty of space, with two separate rooms/baths. (Great when you're traveling with family but still want some "me" space!) The amenities are great: fast wifi, TV, and kitchen. There's a lovely bakery right at the end of the street where we got the best croissants and baguette every morning. But nothing can top that VIEW! Well, maybe one thing: the property hostess is THE BEST. So friendly and accommodating, and she will gladly give you all the travel tips/advice you need. I wish every property host was like Laureline! If you don't NEED to stay right in central Paris, book this place. You won't regret it, and you won't miss a thing being just outside the city.

Amazing Location

The Location is Amazing, super nice view of Paris. Laureline gave us 110% of here attention even while traveling and having Christmas family vacation abroad. I highly recommend this place and I will for sure repeat the stay one day

Stunning View and Elegant Interior

We very much enjoyed our stay! Location comes with breathtaking views, close proximity to grocery stores (Intermarché was an 18 min. walk), a wonderful boulangerie two minutes away and a 15 min. walk to the Metro (#1 line at Esplanade de la Défense). Host was very quick to respond to any inquiries. Both bedrooms were extremely comfortable, we had access to a washer/dryer for laundry and the kitchen was extremely well-stocked with cooking equipment. Highly recommend!

Incredible Views of Eiffel Tower and Paris

Special thanks to Laureline for being an incredible host. The place was spacious with views from every angle. Well stocked with everything you would need. We loved the location because you were out of the city with green everywhere. 10 min. walk to a huge park for walking, minutes down the street to a bunch of restaurants, convenience store within steps that carried almost anything you needed for food/supplies. Beds were very comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic Paris area apartment

My family and I (four of us) had the opportunity to stay in this excellent high rise apartment in the Paris area this summer of 2024, just before the start of the Olympics. We were all very impressed with the apartment, great location, easy access to local restaurants, trains and other amenities. The apartment is furnished perfectly and is just as described. The view from the balcony is amazing looking out towards the Eiffel Tower and greater Paris area. It was so nice we enjoyed morning coffee and take-out dinners on the balcony... The apartment is conveniently located near the La Defense area so you are within walking distance of two train stations with easy access (Metro 1) to downtown Paris. One train to downtown, no need to change lines... It was quite easy to get downtown for the day and escape back to the quieter area of the apartment for dinners and downtime. The host is wonderful. She is open and honest and always available if needed. She made staying at the apartment a pleasure and we look forward to future trips to Paris! Highly recommended!!!

Amazing

Our stay was amazing! Laureline was an amazing host! She answered every question I had about the house and tips on things we should do. The views from the patio and the kitchen were absolutely spectacular! We watched the Eiffel tower sparkle every night. The metro station was about a 15 minute walk. We made the mistake of not taking Uber when we first arrived. We had to drag our suitcases down stairs and over cobble stone. So my recommendation is upon arriving and leaving take Uber….game changer. We loved being right outside the city. The bakeries and restaurants around the high rise were great. Every morning we went and got fresh baguettes and pastries. I would 100% recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed! Thank you Laureline for all of your help even when you were on your own vacation!

Spectacular View; Amazing Host

The view. Stay here just for that. We RARELY were in the home but waking up facing the Eiffel Tower and ending the evening each night to it sparkling was great. View of Montmarte, Arc De Triumph, Seine, L.Vuitton Foundation, & other hidden gems. The area. Safe, quiet neighborhood. About 8 min easy walk to the trains. 1 stop away from La Defense areana and the Arc. Tons of food and shopping. Cute cafe you will pass to get breakfast or a baguette on your way. Uber rides to the city were about 14 Euro. We ran late for trains and took one to Versaille for 25. Nothing unreasonable. Small gas station below the building to grab a few needs. The apartment. Plenty of space for 4 adults. Not that you need it. If you stay in a condo in Paris - sleep and shower. So much to see. Comfy beds, clean home. Modern Parisian. No A/C that I saw but an amazing cross breeze throughout, was very comfortable. But seriously rest and shower. Then get out. Not sure if there is a 2nd key (we didnt ask) but if doing 4 adults who do different things, could be helpful. Quickest elevator to 27 floors! The Host. Amazing communication. Im always skeptical when someone wants to leave the app for communication. Fret not! Was so much easier for out communication. She was so attentitive and answered VERY timely. So kind, felt like I was staying at a relatives house. Overall, worth every penny. Drop your bags, any chips on your shoulders (afterall, you're in Paris). Merci!!!!

Great location and spectacular views!

Great location, only 10 min walk to trains and bus stops right outside the building. Convenience store steps outside the front entrance with everything we needed, including beer/wine! Laureline is great to deal with. She was in constant contact with info and details and was readily available every time we had questions. We would recommend her and her apartment to anyone travelling to Paris. THE VIEWS ARE SPECTACULAR!! This was our first trip to Paris and we are VERY happy with our decision to use Laureline’s apartment as compared to the high priced hotels, that offer a fraction of the space and experience we had here. We will be back for sure!

Location and Views, in Paris

If you are reading this review, you are contemplating this listing. Please read below What I love about my stay is the location in a close suburb of Paris. The views were better in person; both the Eiffel Tower views and cityscape views were quite impressive. The kitchen was remodeled with high-end finishing. The homeowner had a mini toothbrush and toothpaste and plenty of fresh, clean towels. What I wish I had known Pros: 1. There is a Bakery down the street with excellent quiche, try some. 2. The gas station downstairs is also a small grocery store. Fruits, vegetables, wine, and all the foods that I needed for my stay. 3. Those who live in the building that you encounter in the elevator are warm and welcoming. I remember a father who wanted to make sure his 6-year-old son practiced his English with us. 4. The elevator is state of the art, you don’t feel the movement. (Helpful tip; It's a keypad. For example, press 1 and 3, and it will take you to the 13 floor.) Cons 1. The building is 40 years old and has some remodeling. But be aware you may not necessarily control your heat or AC. (Plan accordingly.) 2. During our stay, a toilet (one of three in the home) was in the process of being fixed. Overall, I would stay again and again. I love Paris.

Amazing views

The photos are accurate. The views are amazing. The location is approximately 10-15 minute walk to LaDefense (zone 3) for the Metro to get around Paris. Buy a Metro card for the zones you plan to visit; we did zones 1-3 for most of the sites. The apartment is very spacious and well-appointed. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms had full showers, dual vanities, and nice linens. The size of the bathrooms was the highlight; not a tiny square shower like most European places. The kitchen was abundant to include a full-sized fridge. There was a washer and dryer; however, unused. Parking was free on the uncovered roof (2nd level) of the parking garage and easily accessible the apartment building. Check-in and -out was simplified by the host. Thank you, Laureline for an amazing apartment and ease of communication. We would highly recommend!

Views of the beautiful city

The views are Spectacular, the Eiffel Tower and the entire city are at your view. The appartment is hugh and more then enough room for a family or a few friends. Everything that you need is right there, including a great bakery! The metro is a short walk and within minutes you can be in the heart of Paris! Highly recommended place to stay!
