Vacation home with whirlpool and sauna for relaxing hours. Located on a 1,600 m² lawn property, surrounded by protective trees. The vacation home area is quiet and only a few hundred meters from the coast at Hvalpsund. The very spacious vacation home has open ceilings up to the ridge in numerous rooms. The living room is equipped with comfortable furniture, a dining area, a wood-burning stove, a flat-screen TV with German channels, among others, and free WiFi. The kitchen is open to the living room and features a ceramic hob, refrigerator with freezer compartment, extractor hood, and dishwasher, among other amenities. The sleeping accommodations in the house are divided between three bedrooms; two rooms have double beds measuring 160x200 cm and 140x200 cm respectively. The third bedroom has two single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower and a washing machine. At the end of the driveway, the owner's caravan is parked in summer, but its use is not included in the rental price! The terrace wraps around three sides of the house, so you can always find sun or shade. The terrace area in front of the living room is covered. Hvalpsund is an area with a cozy marina and several good restaurants, as well as a beautiful 18-hole golf course. No rentals to youth or tradesmen groups!A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
