Villa Lenta | Costa Rei/Cala Sinzias - 500mt from the sea

The villa, recently built, is 500 meters away from Cala Sinzias beach. Carefully and fully furnished, it is spread over two levels for 120sqm. On the ground floor, the living area with a TV and a lounge overlooks a large patio and the private garden, equipped with a green lawn, which surrounds the property on all four sides. Adjacent to the living room, there is a semi-habitable kitchen equipped with a console, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave, and coffee machine. The ground floor also includes a large bedroom and a bathroom with shower and all amenities.

The basement, which can be accessed from both the internal and external staircase with an independent entrance, is particularly bright thanks to the lightwell that surrounds it entirely, and consists of a large hallway, a double bedroom, a second bedroom with three single beds (which can be easily transformed into a double and a single bed), and a bathroom with shower inside which there is also a washing machine. The villa is equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi.

Outside, the patio is furnished with a large dining table that can accommodate up to 10/12 people. In the relaxation area, adjacent and facing the lawn, there is a comfortable garden lounge with a shaded area and sun loungers to relax in the sun, enjoying the silence and privacy that surround the villa. At the back of the house, there is a service area with a shower with hot water and an outdoor sink.

The following amenities are also included in the villa: Weber barbecue with wheels and roasting tools, bed linen and towels (shower, face, bidet) for each guest, hairdryer, beach chairs and umbrellas, high chair and children's toys.

The beach is 500 meters away from the house and can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. In the surrounding area, you can quickly reach numerous spectacular beaches on the east coast of Sardinia (Cala Pira, Monte Turno, Costa Rei, Villasimius, Solanas). At Cala Sinzias beach, there are rental services for umbrellas, sun loungers, and water sports equipment.

In the vicinity of the house, there are supermarkets, newsagents, tobacconists, bars, clubs, restaurants, and pizzerias, as well as boat excursions, trekking, and organized trips. Villasimius is only 9 minutes away by car.

The deposit will be deposited at check-in and amounts to €300, which will be refunded at the end of the stay.
