The house is in a lovely location just a minutes walk from Looe Town centre and 5 minutes walk from Looe beach. It has Wi-Fi , three smart TV's and superb harbour views. The house has just been fully renovated and re-decorated and has a new kitchen and new bathrooms. Guests have free use of an indoor heated pool at a nearby holiday park and free evening entertainment at the same park.

Perfect position

The property is so well situated with short walk to shops, beach, coastal paths and all facilities in both East and West Looe. Great views of the estuary from terrace, lounge and main bedroom. Fairly recently refurbished and all very clean, everything we needed was provided including effective heating and the bed was very comfortable. needed was providedwas prove needed.

All in all we were very disappointed with the accommodation.Why? - The banner on the listing states "House nr Beach with Superb View and access to Pool”, Two weeks before our trip we received an information pack saying the pool was unavailable in August - Travelling with 4 children the pool access was a key reason for choosing the accommodation so finding out it was unavailable in the period we had booked for felt we'd been significantly mislead.We had significant problems with many items in the house - damaged shower hose flooded the bathroom, Shower trap in second shower was clogged with hair from previous occupants (over many months even years it looked like) It was so badly clogged the maintenance man needed to take it away to clean it and brought it back the following morning.We also needed him to refit one of the toilet seats as it was very loose. We had similar problems with the filter in the tumble drier (badly clogged and not easily cleared) and the Dyson Hoover - which looked as though it had been used to hoover up liquid when already full and this had set solid.Many of the soft furnishings - couch in the living room, rug in the living room, amongst others were dirty/stained.The cleaners were terrible. Their work needs to be spot checked. Significant dust was present under beds/couch.Wifi/TV signals were very weak
