MARIBEL is a very well presented terraced house with three bedrooms and two bathrooms located in a secure gated community with swimming pool and off-street parking in Doña Pepa, Ciudad Quesada.



The property is equipped with air conditioning and internet/WiFi.



The property is very well located, just a 5-minute walk from the centre of Quesada, where you will find an incredible variety of services (supermarkets, many bars, restaurants, shops...), as well as just a 5-minute walk from another commercial area with many other amenities.



The main level consists of a large living room/dining room, independent kitchen with access to the back garden with barbecue (barbecue) and a storage room/laundry room, a double bedroom and full bathroom with shower. Fibre optic/WiFi internet is available free of charge for guests.



The first floor consists of two double bedrooms of good size and a family bathroom with a corner bath/shower, both bedrooms have access to their own private terrace, the main bedroom terrace has views of the pool and communal gardens.



The blue flag beaches of Guardamar del Segura are just 5 minutes by car and the airports of Alicante and Murcia are about 35 minutes away.

Property was pretty standard, had numerous issues with the upstairs shower leaking through to the kitchen below that required multiple visits from a repairman, this happened 3 times throughout the stay which waa disruptive and meant that for some days we had no access to the upstairs shower, which for a family of 5 trying to get ready was pretty frustrating. Also when we arrived one of the lamps in the downstairs living room had cracked glass and one of the children found the piece of glass on the dining table which was particularly dangerous.Location wise was good and a short walk up to quesada.

Could do better

Communication was good prior to arrival. Details shared appropriately a week before arrival. Check in was straightforward. Picked keys up from a key safe away from the property. Property just a short distance away. No human contact. On checking the property on arrival we noted damage to several items within the property. As we had paid a deposit and no one had made us aware of any damage I made the management company aware that evening. The downstairs shower head was held onto the wall by a piece of cord/ string. It leaked when it was turned on. Not safe at all, therefore unusable. Towel rails were also missing. The Kitchen kick boards are in a very poor condition, wheels missing from the TV Stand and bed linen was torn. in General the property could seriously do with a coat of paint. The Property manager got back to me quickly asking for photos, I took, in order to send a maintenance person around. I felt this request was unnecessary as I had detailed the issues and told them so. Was annoyed I wasn’t made aware of the damage prior to getting the keys. Two emails then nothing, and no maintenance person showed up. The kitchen is stocked ok, but we had to wash glasses and other kitchen equipment prior to using as it was clear that they had not been washed. We also moved furniture in the living areas and bedrooms in order to clean and dust behind them. I’ve stayed in a lot of rental properties and do expect some degree of wear, but here a lot of furniture is needing replaced.

Endroit paisible

Les + La maison est spacieuse et climatisée ce qui est très bien . Le plus de cet hébergement se sont les piscines un vrai régal l eau est chaude et il n y a pas trop de monde . Pour faire les courses le Lidl est à côté on peux y aller à pied . La résidence est très calme. Nous avons passé un bon séjour . Les - Peu de vaisselles il manque saladier poêle casserole bols..les draps sont des housses de couette trop petites pour les lits ,l étendoirs à linge est rouillé et les chaises longue sur la terrasse inutilisable elles étaient déjà cassées à notre arrive . 150€ pour le ménage trop cher vu la prestation .
