Casa Gecko is a beautifully furnished 3 bedroomed villa with a private heated pool in Playa Blanca. It’s perfectly located in a family-friendly residential area just a stone’s throw (400m) from the vibrancy of the Marina’s bars and restaurants, shopping mall Marina Rubicon and 1km from the clear waters and soft sand of Playa Dorada beach.



As you enter this pretty Lanzarote villa, you immediately know you’ve found a fabulous holiday villa. The main living area combines newness with comfort and character. An elegant dining area for 6 opens out into the main (air-conditioned) lounge area where you’ll find a large corner sofa to sink into, TV with International channels, a DVD player, and floor-to-ceiling windows that let in that famous Lanzarote sunshine.



Sliding doors lead to a sheltered terrace and a private heated pool. The pool area is spacious with sunbeds for all and a traditional Spanish-style BBQ. Overlooking the pool and offering shade is a rattan seating area, perfect for a spot of lunch or an evening meal with family and friends.



The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you might need. From a fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, and washing machine to the essential kettle, coffee machine, and toaster! It’s a home-from-home.



Downstairs you’ll also find a conveniently located WC.



Casa Gecko is a villa split over 2 levels. Upstairs is a gorgeous master bedroom decorated with hints of blue. The room is spacious with a king size bed and a lovely ‘balcony for two’ overlooking the pool. There’s an ensuite wet room with a rainfall shower to wash away a day at the beach and prepare for a night of everything Playa Blanca offers

A lovely double room has ziplock beds which can either be twin beds or a large double bed. Adjacent is a delightfully furnished twin bedroom that enjoys views of the famous volcanic mountainous area ‘Los Ajaches Natural Monument’. A light and spacious bathroom with a sizeable vanity area, sink, and bath completes this gorgeous holiday villa in Playa Blanca.



The villa has a private driveway with open-air parking, it’s fully alarmed with a safe, WiFI throughout, and AC in all the bedrooms.

Excellent Holiday Accommodation

The location close to the marina was ideal with shops nearby which were well stocked. The seating area by the pool was nice to relax in and very comfortable. Advanced warning of the possibility of the burglar alarm.

Casa Gecko

This is our second visit to Casa Gecko and fifth to the Rubicon Marina. It is by far the best villa we have stayed in and always try to to book before looking elsewhere. Property is immaculate and clean with a great pool. Close to all amenities with plenty of restaurants in the marina nearby. Definitely will be going back and hopefully to Casa Gecko.

The Villa was ideally located for the Marina Rubicon and around 15 mins walk to the centre of Playa Blanca. Casa Gecko was beautifully furnished with lovely outdoor seating area, plenty of sunbeds, towels and bedding were top quality, bathrooms were two showers and one bath with overhead shower, there was a lovely welcome pack in the fridge when we arrived, bread, milk, wine, juice and was much appreciated.

We have stayed in the complex of villas before but this one is the best by far. Villa was outstanding and very, very clean with up to date facilities. The pool was heated and very warm which was needed.due to the winds we had. Definitely go back and hopefully to this villa. We love the area as it is so chilled and peaceful. Possiblyinstructions to include air con switch on near fuse.

Perfect location 5 minutes walk from The Rubicon marina and an easy walk to the centre of Playa Blanca. The villa is very comfortable and well equipped. During our 4 week stay, Nina came at the end of each week to clean and provide fresh bed linen and clean towels. The outside area is perfect for breakfast on sunny mornings. The ‘pool man’ came regularly to check the swimming pool and ensure cleanliness of the water. Although the TV provides a multitude of English channels including all the sport programs, we did not find it particularly user friendly.

Loved the location, great idea to have the tablet to contact the team too. Lovely decor and facilities like full UK tv , air con and heated pool! Parking too a bonus. Quiet area. Cleanliness generally was really good but hairs noted on outside furniture possibly from cats in the area sleeping there also some bits under the sofa but otherwise perfect! And defiantly not a criticism.

Please can you leave soap in every bathroom in future! There was noisy building work going on in the neighbouring villas - drilling all day whenever we were in during the day. Some warning of this would have been appreciated.

Exceptional

From the minute we arrived we loved this villa. The decor and furnishings in all rooms is beautiful, far above any other villa we've stayed in. The pool area and furniture was perfect for us. The location is perfect, just a couple of minutes walk from the marina, restaurants and supermarket. We had an issue with a lock on the balcony door but we got an immediate response when we reported it and it was resolved swiftly. The only negative we have is we reported being unable to get the TV to connect for the English channels despite being connected to the WiFi box, it was saying unable to connect to WiFi. We didn't receive a reply to this so had no English channels for the last 3 days of our holiday. Although we don't spend much time watching TV we tend to watch it for an hour or so in the evening before going out so was disappointing we couldn't. However, this doesn't detract from how much we love the villa and location and will definitely be back.
