On the ground floor, an entrance hall welcomes you into a spacious living and dining room featuring a flat screen television and a gas heater, alongside a fully equipped kitchen fitted with 4 hot plates, an oven, a grill, a dishwasher, and a microwave. A separate WC completes the ground floor arrangement. On the first upper floor, you will find 2 double bedrooms, each furnished with 1 double bed and served by its own private shower and WC. The second upper floor hosts 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed, as well as 1 small room with 1 bed, both served by a shared shower and WC on that level. The home benefits from gas heating throughout and offers stunning views of the lake and the surrounding countryside.
