This self-contained apartment has been recently renovated and is located within a historic, traditionally designed house that truly embodies the character of the island of Flores.
Outside, you’ll find beautiful, multicolored doors and windows in a traditional style. And inside, you can enjoy all the modern comforts you’d expect from a stylish, contemporary apartment—with the added charm of its original antique floors and wooden ceilings. A true gem in the heart of Flores.
The space
The air-conditioned apartment comfortably sleeps 2 people on a queen-size bed. And if you need an extra sleeping space, an inflatable bed is available for your use.
Thanks to the digital lock, we can offer contactless self-check-in for maximum flexibility and security. Plus, you won’t have to worry about carrying keys when you leave the apartment.
Upon entering the apartment, you’ll find everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. Whether you need a place to rest for one night before exploring Tikal or if you plan to stay in the area for a few weeks or months relaxing by the lake, these host apartments have you covered. What makes this apartment truly special are the original antique floors and classic wooden ceilings.


We take your comfort very seriously and even make sure the apartment is stocked with towels and beach chairs that you can take with you to the lake for a relaxing time.

The living room is comfortable and multifunctional. It’s the perfect place to work, eat, watch the 32-inch TV, and relax. There are plenty of outlets so you can plug in your laptop and charge all your devices at the same time. And of course, Wi-Fi is included.
All of our furniture is made from recycled wood that local residents had thrown away. We collected it and worked a little magic to turn it into new, stylish pieces you can use. The room has a place to hang your clothes with 5 hangers, and a rack to hang your wet towels to dry.
We know that the most important thing when looking for a place to sleep is getting a good night’s rest. So we didn’t skimp on anything.

And we’ve carefully positioned the 32" TV so you can stream Netflix and relax from your bed or the living room. This room has a window facing the street. However, we recommend keeping it closed for your comfort and safety.
In the spacious private bathroom, you’ll find everything you need, including face towels, hand towels, bath towels, beach towels, and a cleaning kit for your convenience.
And for your peace of mind, we also offer 24/7 communication and assistance. We know that issues can arise when traveling at any time of day, so we want you to know that you can call or message us at any time.
Guest Access
You’ll have private access to the entire apartment, which includes a kitchenette and a bathroom. The apartment is secured with a keypad, and only you will have access to it during your stay with us.
The entrance from the street is shared with two other apartments in the building.
