Fantastic duplex in Cambrils a few meters from the beach. Marina is a fantastic complex located in the Esquirol area of Cambrils, has a communal gym, garden and pool.
It is a duplex apartment. On the ground floor we find a very spacious and equipped kitchen with everything you need for 8 people. On the ground floor it also has 1 bathroom with shower and a large living room with direct access to what is undoubtedly the best part of the house, its terrace.
The large terrace on the ground floor is a real wonder, very spacious, with awnings, sun loungers and direct access to the pool.
On the first floor the apartment offers 3 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms. The bedroom suite has a double bed, dressing room and large bathroom suite with bathtub. Another room with double bed and another bedroom with 2 matrionium beds and one single.
Marina has a totally privileged location a few meters from the beach and approximately 1.2 km to the center of Cambrils.
