The living room is comfortable and suitable for moments of relaxation, with large windows that provide natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare lunches and dinners independently. The apartment has two bathrooms: one with a shower and one with a bathtub. The property includes a private terrace, perfect for relaxing outdoors. Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating are provided for a comfortable stay in every season.
Note: You need to climb a few steps to get to the elevator. To ensure maximum comfort in compliance with local and condominium regulations, services are available during the following periods:

Heating from October 15 to April 15.
Air conditioning from 15 May to 15 September. Any changes depend on the provisions of the condominium or on municipal resolutions.
