The Bay Cottage just a stone’s throw from Rossall Beach is in an ideal location for visiting the popular seaside resort of Blackpool and the beautiful countryside of the Lake District.. 1 step to entrance.

All on the Ground Floor:

Living room: 50" Freeview TV, Electric Fire, Sofa Bed (Double) (Flexible Sleeping Only)

Dining room.

Kitchen: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Fridge, Washing Machine

Bedroom 1: Kingsize (5ft) Bed, Freeview TV

Bedroom 2: Single (3ft) Bed, Z-Bed (Flexible Sleeping Only)

Bedroom 3: Single (3ft) Bed

Shower Room: Walk-In Shower, Toilet, Shower Seat. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Cot and highchair available on request. Enclosed rear garden. Bike store. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is ramp access to the garden, but the property is not suitable for wheelchair access.. This three-bedroom property accommodates up to four guests and is ideal for walks along the promenade or 10-minute walk into Cleveleys village.

Entering the property, you are greeted with a cosy living/dining room with a sumptuous sofa and 50 inch TV, the perfect place to relax and unwind after a busy day exploring. Walk through to find a fully fitted kitchen with breakfast table and everything you need to prepare those home cooked meals, or why not try a variety of local cuisines with plenty of choice of restaurants within walking distance. The accommodation is all on the ground floor and includes a kingsize bed, two single bedrooms and a separate wet room with walk-in shower, stool toilet and pedestal wash hand basin.

Great accommodation in great location

Great for the kids with easy access to Blackpool. Excellent location 2 minutes walk to the beach and all local amenities within 10 minutes walk. With a well equipped and clean accommodation we couldn’t ask fore more.

We’ve spent over thirty years visiting cottages in the UK and this is one of the very best.Truly a home from home in a splendid quiet location a short distance from the seafront, with the rest of the lovely Fylde coast within a short drive or accessable via a tram/bus trip nearby.The owner has taken every care to provide a comfortable holiday bungalow with everything one would want for a wonderful holiday.We’ve spent many weeks at this property over the years including the owners other bungalow just around the corner and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to prospective visitors.

Without doubt, a lot of thought has gone into providing everything you could possibly need whilst staying at this lovely property. Everything was on hand, and it was spotlessly clean.The bungalow is comfortable, cosy and well laid out, with plenty of storage space.Location-wise, it’s so handy! Tucked away enough to be very peaceful, but just a short walk from the tram station (which is excellent and so convenient)Would enthusiastically recommend.
