This spacious clean suite is located Harbour Landing in the south of Regina. With an immense amount of amenities nearby along with public transport stops a block away. With 2 Bedrooms and 2 Full attatched Bathrooms, this suite provides a comfortable stay for you. The Regina International Airport is just 4 kms away along with plenty of restaurants and parks. Close to TransCanada Highway 1 & Lewvan Drive. There is also Grassland Mall nearby. Downtown is also close by!
The space
It is a Basement Suite with a Private Entrance, 2 Queen Bedrooms with 2 Full Bathrooms. (Ensuite)
Has Free Wifi & Ethernet cable and has a Roku TV as well. Kitchen comes with basic essentials as well.
Other things to note
The Access to the Suite is from the Eastern Side of the House with a Smart Keypad Lock.

Very clean and quiet! Well located…especially for traveling around the city. Beautiful neighbourhood across from a park. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Christmas Visit

Our stay was awesome, we were there celebrating Christmas with my wife’s Mom. The hosts were very quick to respond to any and all of our questions etc.

Kwik trip to Regina

We are in Regina for a volleyball tournament REAL Centre. The location of this was excellent to get to and from the facility and accommodations were quite comfortable.

Nice suite

It was nice, my only suggestion would be to put a foam topper on the bed to the left. I found it quite hard. Otherwise my stay was fantastic.

Location ok but didnt stay

Wasn’t comfortable with smell or sharing a house with people which was probably a misunderstanding. Didnt stay and didnt get a refund

The only downside to this property is that there isn't a thermostat in the suite. It was cold both days so we had to keep trying to get in touch with the "host" and ask that the heat be turned up. I would not stay there again.
