Located in the heart of the Emporda, on the Costa Brava, in a very quiet residential area, but at the same time with very quick access to the beach of Pals (about 3 km) and its historic center (about 3 km). This house was renovated in 2022 preserving its traditional Mediterranean style and unique charm.
With very generous dimensions, it has 5 double bedrooms, 4 built bathrooms, an 80 m2 living room and large porches, ideal for enjoying the views and the good weather with the family.
The house has a beautiful garden of over 1000 square meters, offers plenty of privacy and large areas of terraces and porches and a large private pool.
A magnificent villa to live with family and/or friends, ideal for 10 people with plenty of space and privacy.
It has WIFI and TV (Spanish channels)
