10 - 12 cars can park inside the gate. Else need to park on the roadside, there is no no-parking sign on the road. (Refer the city road parking rules)

Lakefront property, 2 minutes to On The Lake (new urban area for walking and small public beaches), 1 hour to downtown Toronto; 25 minutes to Hamilton, Burlington, St. Catherines, and 35 minutes to Niagara Falls.

Designated Waterfront Trail runs in front of the house; also Bruce Trail on the ridge of the escarpment about 2 Km away. Public beaches in walking distance (600 meters away).

So the guests will get 100% privacy during stay.
