Description:
Modern, very bright apartment located in the heart of the city, just 5 minutes away from the famous 'Plaza de las Tendillas', giving you the opportunity to explore the city on foot.

It has two rooms with a double bed. Fully equipped kitchen with Dolce Gusto coffee machine. A bathroom with shower and hair dryer included. Enjoy the terrace with views of the city center.

It has air conditioning and heating, as well as free high-speed Wi-Fi.

Ideal for sightseeing, just 8 minutes from the 'Barrio de La Judería'. You will be able to enjoy the main monuments of the city, tourist attractions and gastronomic and cultural offers of Córdoba, without the need for a car or public transport.

ELECTRONIC LOCK ACCESS: We have an automatic check-in system, so you don't have to worry about the arrival time. Through a mobile application, which is sent prior to your arrival, you can comfortably access the apartment.Parking: 50 meters away from the apartment, on Avenida Paseo de la Victoria. My husband and I absolutely loved this place. The location was excellent. We had walkable access to tourist attractions, restaurants and shopping. It also has a lovely coffee shop just beside it. The communication with the host made the check-in and check out effortless. Would stay again!

This is in an excellent location, close to shops and restaurants with an incredible pastry shop/ cafe below. The apartment was comfortable, nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable. We didn’t cook but the kitchen was equipped with everything you would need if you wanted to cook. The washroom was a good size with a great shower. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Nice apartment, very good location

Cozy but adequate living space, nice balcony which is a plus. Beds and bathrooms were very well done.

Three lovely days in Cordova

We had a wonderful time. The location is perfect, we walked everywhere! The apartment had everything we needed for our short stay. Highly recommend it!

Day in Cordoba

We were just there for one night. The location was very conducive to walk to places to eat.The apartment was very clean and convenient to a parking garage.

Outstanding

This was everything I could have hoped for while visiting Cordoba. Walking distance from the train station. Walking distance to the historical areas. Great food. Great people watching from the lanai. I'd stay here again if I'm ever back in Cordoba (one visit isn't enough).

Very nice apartment!

The apartment is nicely decorated, love the walk in shower and plenty of room in the bathroom. Appreciate the air conditioning and loved the balcony looking out at the fountains, jacarandas and bustle of people. Convenient to taxi stand and right across from Mercado Victoria which was a fun place to snack and drink.

This apartment doesn’t disappoint

This a great location for walking to restaurants and the historical sites of the area. The apartment is beautiful, modern, clean and very comfortable. When you see 2nin these older cities, it’s usually 1 bdrm and pull out couch - this apartment has 2 very nice bedrooms. There is a nice balcony for enjoying coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Place to Stay in Cordoba

This apartment was absolutely ideal. From the spacious living area to the comfortable bedrooms to the heavenly balcony that overlooked an amazing street and park. It was spotless and modern and everything worked perfectly. The communication with the owners was a little brusque (maybe a language thing) but they were very responsive. The location is without a doubt the best possible in Cordoba. Just west of Plaza de Tendillas (the best) and cool neighborhoods, just north of the Mesquita, river and Jewish Quarter, which are simply mesmerizing, and right on the beautiful central green park of the city. The actual street, Calle de Concepcion, is fantastic . Bustling at all hours (except siesta) with pedestrians, stores and restaurants, we people-watched to our hearts content from the balcony. And, though busy, the apartment was pretty quiet and easy to sleep in. Enjoy!

The place was right in the middle of the downtown so it was very convenient to get places on foot. There is a parking garage next to it . I is clean and quiet place. Bathroom is clean and water pressure is good. Kitchen needs more equipment. Like electric kettle. More paper products and and garbage bags.

Appartement très bien situé, proche gare et tous ce qu’il y a à visiter (Mezquita, centre historique…). Plein de petits commerces juste à côté. Les équipements sont de bonne qualité, surtout les lits où l’on dort très bien. À recommander
