It is in a 2 storey converted farm house and retains a few of its original features.
A short flight of steps leads into an attractive apt that has a small balcony overlooking the courtyard and the terrace of Apt 3.
However, the larger balcony that can seat 4 persons sitting in a row or 3 persons around a table, has stunning views over the entire campus, the pool, the grounds and the mountains and valleys beyond. The same views to be seen from the front windows.

The wide patio area forms a complete border around the pool and, together with expansive lawns and gardens, replete with nooks and crannies, it is easy to retain absolute privacy, should you wish to.
From any point in the gardens, there are the most stunning panoramic views of the pool, the pretty grounds and the countryside beyond, truly magnificent views across swathes of crop fields, distant dwellings, and, mountains fringing the horizons.

Spoleto is one the most un-touristy places you will find. Extremely popular with Italians because, not only is it beauitful, but, the Spoletini have remained faithful to their traditions. Here you will find live theatre, operas, concerts, ballets and plays, all year round. But, be prepared to hear only Italian spoken.
Foreigners are welcomed in this area by the local Italians. The language of food, wine and clothes is universal. So, it doesn't matter if you don't speak Italian.
Further, in Spoleto, as well as the surrounding villages and hill-top towns, sagras take place throughout the year, celebrating the harvesting of truffle, asparagus, olives, grapes, maize, tomatoes……. Halloween and various saints’ days. Big spreads are provided, free of charge (or almost), as a kind of offering to the gods, a thanksgiving of good fortune, except that you will be the recipients and not the gods ! Indeed, any excuse will do for a celebration !
