The 1st floor is divided into three apartments. All three have a small cooking corner. The smallest has a bedroom and bathroom. The other two have 2 bedrooms, 1 and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate each 4+1 persons. The property has free Wi-fi internet connection. Supermarkets and other shops are in Acquasparta or in the medieval village of San Gemini (6 km from the house). There are 3 supermarkets in Acquasparta, in the Conad you can buy meat of excellent quality. The nearest restaurant is in the charming hamlet of Portaria located 2 km from the property. Other suggested restaurants: Pesciaioli, il relais dei principi, fior fiore, Crunch.
