This 1st floor apartment is situated in phase 3 on the popular Roda Golf Resort which is close to San Javier and Los Alcazares. The property has 2 good sized bedrooms with en suite bathroom in the main bedroom and a separate shower room for the second bedroom. It has a full kitchen with modern appliances including a dishwasher,
The lounge/dining area is open-plan with a dining table and chairs, sofa, chair and a large smart TV. From the lounge you have large patio doors leading out onto the terrace with pool views where you can sit and enjoy the sun.
The complex has a great 18 hole par 72 golf course, a driving range and putting green as well as 24/7 gated security and an onsite restaurant and bar.
