The house offers two bedrooms with double beds and two additional bedrooms with two single beds each, making it ideal for families or groups. The bathroom includes a shower and a washing machine. The well-equipped kitchen features modern appliances, including a dishwasher, and connects to a living room with a cozy wood-burning stove. From the living/kitchen area, you can access a private enclosed terrace, perfect for outdoor relaxation and meals. Guests have free access to the shared indoor and outdoor pools (open from early April to late October), as well as two tennis courts, a pétanque court, a sports field, and a small playground. The rear part of the holiday area borders a plantation, only about 1,200 meters from the sea, offering the choice between the North Sea’s waves or the calmer on-site pool. The nearby town of Fjerritslev provides charming shops, restaurants, and a golf course. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy the 26 km mountain biking route between Kollerup and Slettestrand, as well as numerous hiking trails in the scenic surroundings. This bright and well-equipped holiday home provides comfort, privacy, and a fantastic location for families or groups looking to enjoy both nature and recreational activities. With its cozy interior, terrace, and access to shared amenities, it is a perfect destination for a relaxing holiday by the North Sea. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
