This lovely apartment is situated in the popular and renowned 'Santa Maria Apart-hotel’ in San Eugenio, Costa Adeje.

• It is only a few minutes’ walk to the beautiful Puerto Colon Marina and La Pinta Beach.
• Both beaches offer a wide range of activities and water sports. You can get boat trips to see the Whales and Dolphins, scuba dive, boat fishing and plenty more.
• Aqua Park and Siam Theme Park are just a short taxi ride or 15 minutes’ walk.
• The complex is a very popular family resort and has 24 hour reception with security.
• 3 Swimming Pools (heated, Jacuzzi and children's) with lifeguards.
• Hair Salon on the hotel complex
• 2 minutes’ walk to great bars, restaurants and supermarkets.

** Please also note that there is currently a restriction of hotel facilities at Santa Maria. Guests staying in privately owned apartments are not allowed to use all hotel facilities except the swimming pools and the loungers. However, they are free to consume their own food and drinks in the pool area. If they have children with them, they can join the kids club and all activities around the pool as normal. Apartment was ok could do with a little make over , has everything you need in a great location close to everything, beach shops etc. Beds where comfortable which is always a plus nice size balcony with partial sea view, nice and quiet location on the complex

Lovely winter break

Apartment had everything we needed for our stay, beds very comfortable, great shower, lovely sunny terrace with loungers, great pool area, and situated close to restaurants, bars, supermarkets and c.7 min walk down to the lovely beach of Puerto Colon and 10 mins down to the larger beautiful beach of Fanabe.

Enjoyable stay.

Spacious clean fairly dated apartment. Can't fault location. Very nice terrace with afternoon sun. All amenities there, with the glaring exception of internet. Found this a real inconvenience but may be beyond the hosts control.

Clean, spacious and quiet

This apartment was in a quiet position with spacious balcony. The view was nothing to speak of as it backed on to the hotel beach bar but nobody could walk past which meant it was very private. Overall it was very clean and spacious with cooling fans in the bedrooms and air con in the living areas. Would stay again.

Impressed with the size of the accomadation, the mattreses could do with renewing we found that they was not comfortable, one on the sofas in the living room the springs you could feel when sitting on it. However the position of this accomadation is good , the apartment was clean.

Excellent accomodation

Just back home after a break with family, great wee apartment , it's bang in middle of area we like to stay, quiet away from the noisy bars but close enough if you want to be in the middle of the action of Adeje , very clean with everything you'd possibly need for your stay, communication was brilliant as well, any queries were answered straight away by the owner . All in all can't fault the place and will look at renting again in future . Thankyou

Week in November

Had a great week in November with family. Apartment could do with some modernising but has everything you could need. Sunbeds on Balcony get sun all day. We had a problem with air conditioning the last day we were there but apart from that everything was good. Katherine always replied quickly to any communication.

Excellent location, good standard accommodation

Loved the location of this property, everything you need is on your doorstep. Cheapest supermarket is Mercadona up the hill. Tanyos Bar is great, lots of free snacks. Seahorse has amazing tapas...must book! Accommodation is basic and in need of updating, but was aware of this from other reviews. Very good price for the size of apartment. It was clean and we'll equipped, and the AC was a god send, we even used the washing machine. Pool was lovely, but only used it about 3/4 times as we ventured around the island. Pool had the usual towels run at 9.30am which was quite comical...we didn't partake! Would recommend. Thanks Katherine.

Nice spacious apartment with great air con in a good area for all your needs

Although the property is in the corner of the complex it had a nice little shortcut to get sun beds so did not have to queue and it was quiet so we did not bother anyone nor they us. Apartment well furnished and good size patio to eat out also with sun beds and the mattresses from them were easy to carry to pool sun beds which made others envious. Complex in great location with good bars and restaurants nearby, we would highly recommend The Sun Inn, Marfils, Gran Maison, Loch Ness which is on Fanabe beach and lots of entertainment close by. Two minutes walk to La Pinta Beach on Puerto Colon all down hill and can get lift back up so no hills to climb, loads of cheap good breakfasts available our favourites Sun Inn and Intercontinental on beach front Love this area and will definitely return again.

Central Tenerife

Great little apartment well equipped and very central to walk to shops ,bars and restaurant's within 2 minutes.Beach walk was 4 minutes On the down side it was a little noisy until midnight with music from the nearby bars until midnight. Smell from the local cannabis shop was also very strong at timesParking is a nightmare as all street parking has been removed and you are not permitted to use the carpark in the property unless you book directly with them and the same for the Internet Reception and bar staff a little hostile towards the private rental market which is a big shame for the owner as the apartment is nice Pool is dated but the roof terrace is great I would highly recommend the apartment if you can take into consideration the parking etc Bus and taxi stop outside Only 20 minutes to the airport and a taxi around 35 each way but you can get the local bus too.I would book again

Apartment very clean and spacious even water and milk put in so we could have tea and coffee

I would definitely recommend this property on the flat and also loved the idea of not having to use and carry keys as door entry in on a key pad code.The only thing that we did not see as perfect was the TV channels but this would not put us off staying in this again.all light switching were also identified as so you know new exactly which light to turn on and off.Loved it

Lovely Stay

We had a lovely 12 nights stay, the apartment is clean and had everything we needed. The hotel is in a good location to the beach, shops, restaurants etc. The door is a key code which was a big plus for us as no need to carry a key about which was great. Would definitely stay here again
