About this space

The flat is in a pretty part of north Chichester, just a 30 minute walk from the town centre with all of its attractions, and a short stroll from the large green space of Havenstoke Park and its cafe. It is a short drive from the famous Goodwood Estate, the South Downs National Park AONB, and 25 minutes from West Wittering Beach.
The space
The apartment is located in the modern development of Graylingwell Park, a contemporary development set in 85 acres of parkland in North Chichester, yet only a mile from the city centre.
It sleeps up to 2 guests (one double bedroom), is located on the third floor of the block and benefits from lift access.
Enter the block through the shared entrance with the lift on your left and the large stairwell on your right.
As you enter the apartment into the hallway you will find plenty of space for hanging coats and storing shoes in the large cupboard on your right.
The double bedroom is directly in front of you and is bright and airy with plenty of storage space with a large wardrobe and chest of drawers.
The bathroom is also off the entrance hallway (on the left as you enter the apartment) and has a three piece suite with shower over the bath.
The open plan living space consists of a modern kitchen, a dining area and sitting room. The kitchen is kitted out for home dining with an electric oven and hob, fridge freezer and smaller appliances including a microwave, kettle and toaster. The washer-dryer is also located in the kitchen. The large dining table is just off the kitchen, offering plenty of space for meals, or to work from the comfort of the flat.
The living area is spacious with a large, comfortable sofa and Smart TV (Please note that you will need to use your own log in details for the TV applications) and the apartment is serviced with good wifi.
Free parking is available in the development in an allocated space for which a permit is provided. Please be mindful to not use the other spaces as they are all allocated to the different properties. There is one additionaal guest space, which a permit is also required for.
There will be some complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits, as well as travel sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap provided. Other items included are a washing up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll which will last a couple of days. If you wish to purchase more for your stay there is a One Stop a 15 minute walk away (0.7 miles).
Guest access
Guests will have the entire home to themselves.
There is an allocated parking space (permit provided). Additional parking is possible in a visitor space with a permit.

The parking is permit only, and please make sure to park in the allocated spot.
Check In / Check Out
Standard check-in time is 4pm onwards, and check-out time is before 10am. A charge may be requested if guests do not check out on time as this may cause disruption to my cleaner's schedule.
Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys - please be careful with them.
The check-in method would be in person meet-and-greet.
Travel Cot and High Chair
Please let us know when booking if you require a cot and high chair and please note that we do not provide cot bedding so we ask that you please bring your own.
There is a Ring Doorbell Camera at the entrance of the property. The noise is disabled for your privacy.
Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. Each property is professionally maintained and cleaned. We guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay.
The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects each home to certify they have met Pass the Keys®’s Property Readiness Standard.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
