Welcome to Glasshouse Phuket, a private 6-bedroom sea-view villa in Ao Yon, just a short walk from two quiet, swimmable beaches. Sleeping up to 22 guests (18 adults max), it’s perfectly suited to family gatherings, milestone celebrations and intimate weddings. Enjoy a 10m infinity pool with jacuzzi, expansive open-plan living, tropical gardens and sunset views. Daily maid service, daily towel change, weekly bed linen change, breakfast service included, with optional private chef for lunch/dinner and airport transfers. Wheelchair-accessible main level includes poolside bedroom.


The Glasshouse is the idyllic setting for a relaxed and private vacation with family or friends. Nestled into a jungle hillside in the south of Phuket near Cape Panwa and set within 1,140 sqm of landscaped tropical gardens, this modern 6-bedroom villa enjoys some of the best sunset sea views available in Phuket.


With its integrated jacuzzi, the infinity pool is the heart of the Glasshouse experience, day and night. The whole villa is designed for sharing quality experiences and creating lasting memories. Whether you’re watching the sunset from the living room or one of our three balconies, relaxing in the shade of the Thai sala, or sharing a drink at the bar table, your time at the Glasshouse will be full of special moments.


Located on a small peninsula, the villa is just a few minutes’ walk from two quiet beaches. Ao Yon (east-facing) and Khao Khad (west-facing) both sit in sheltered bays without rip tides, making them suitable for swimming all year round.


The villa, pool and gardens are available for the exclusive use of guests. There are no live-in staff, ensuring complete privacy throughout your stay.


I am always available to answer questions and typically respond within an hour or two during waking hours. Our experienced villa manager is based locally and available daily from 8am–8pm to assist with anything you may need, with emergency support available outside these hours.

The Glasshouse accommodates a maximum of 22 guests (including up to 18 adults). Eighteen guests sleep in beds and sofa beds, with additional floor mattresses available for children. Infants under 2 years do not count towards occupancy. Cots and high chairs are provided.

The 5th and 6th bedrooms are part of the main house and offer additional privacy for guests who prefer some separation from the main living areas.



ACCESSIBILITY

• A chair lift connects the car park to the entrance on the main living level

• Bespoke ramps provide step-free access throughout the main living level (wheelchair accessible)

• The main living level includes the living room, dining area, TV den, poolside bedroom and poolside terrace

• The poolside bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with grab rails for the WC and shower; a shower chair is available

We had a fantastic holiday. Everything was perfect - communications pre-stay (lots of information on the local area) and on-the-ground interactions with the villa manager (Khun Pond) and other staff were excellent. The villa is in great condition, cleaned daily and amenities were just as described. The pool area and overall setting is beautiful. We made the most of the amazing sunsets. We arranged some meals with chef Khun Yut, which were delicious - highly recommended. The Glasshouse is a beautiful villa in a gorgeous location. We had the best time!

The glass house is just as pictured; an absolutely incredible place to stay. The host/staff is very attentive, the house is kept very clean, the pool area is pristine. Check in and check out was seamless, and any issues were resolved quickly. Several great restaurants, massage parlors, laundry service, beaches, and a 7/11 within short walking distance. We felt very safe, and the neighborhood was very quiet and friendly. A note for planning - as listed, the two lower rooms do have a separate entrance, and do not have the same beautiful view as the other bedrooms. We felt safe putting our older sons down there, but it would not be ideal for younger children. The in-home chef service thoroughly impressed the entire group. Transport is easy to arrange, with a taxi service and ride shares readily available. But with this home being on the southern most tip of the island, just be sure to check transport times - Big Buddha is about 45m ride, for reference. Overall this is a perfect landing space for a large group. We enjoyed a beautiful boat tour of the islands, a zip line adventure, the elephant sanctuary, the night market, and countless amazing meals. We were also able to hire a taxi for the day to take our group of 8 to Wat Chalong and Big Buddha, for a reasonable price. We will have wonderful memories of our time together in this house (although we forgot to sign the guest book!); we would feel lucky to travel to Phuket and stay here again. Thank you Bradley and staff!

We were a family of 6 adults and 5 children from 5-16 years and this holiday home exceeded all of our expectations. We had an amazing stay, we loved the house, the pool, the beaches, the restaurants and their owners. The teenagers loved having their own rooms separate from the house entrance with quick access to the 711 at the end of the driveway. The pool and sea views were outstanding, we lived in that pool, and at night with the sunsets, lights and stars it was idyllic. The house was just like the pictures. The large dining room table allowed us all to sit and eat together and enjoy the delicious food that our chef cooked for us. The housekeepers came in everyday to clean and make up our beds and change linen every second day. We loved the little area like 1 minute walk away with restaurants, bars, massage & nail parlours, and a few shops. The food was local, reasonable and delicious, especially the shakes & food from Khaokhad Halal Food & Drinks. Two beautiful beaches just minutes walk away. The Manager was excellent, we were big coffee drinkers so everytime we ran out of expresso coffee, we would text and within 30 minutes there was another packet on our door step! Nothing was any trouble. We also used the taxi driver next door, he was great and made it really simple to get around. Bradley was excellent, we could not ask for a better host. It was a perfect family holiday. You have to try it out yourself!!

Fabulous stay!!!

Our stay at the Glasshouse villa was a magical experience. Beautiful villa with exceptionally friendly and efficient management, nothing was too much trouble. Stunning views, great food from the organised chef, prompt taxi service, can't fault anything! The villa feels secluded, however the beach and local amenities mean that everything is on your doorstep. An unforgettable holiday!

Amazing View - everything you could ask for.

The stay was fantastic. Worked well for our large group of 16 people. We had adults and children from the ages of 7-18. One of our favorite things was the chef we hired. She was amazing and the food was some of the best food we had on our trip. Can’t say enough about the host and the property manager. Always very responsive and always answered our questions quickly and accurately. Thanks for the great stay!!

Absolutely Amazing!!!

Our experience at the Glasshouse in Phuket exceeded my expectations. The home was beautifully furnished, clean and fully stocked with all that we needed. The house manager was very timely in their responses and made sure that we all had what was needed. We had a chef to cook our meals, and he was exceptional. Every single meal that he prepared was divine and truly authentic. All the guest needs were catered to. The ambiance of the Glasshouse was very serene, the views were breathtaking, the sleeping arrangements were very comfortable. The location is very convenient with lots of amenities within walking distance. I would stay here again and again, this place definitely does not disappoint in the slightest.

Wonderful vacation

16 people - aged 3-70 - spent 10 days here. Everything, house, beds, pool was great and having the convenience of a chef most of the days, we really lived in the house. We went fishing, snorkeling, shopping, hiking with the help of the always helpful Taxi service next door - bought necessities from 7-11 and had water and soda etc brought to the door from Lotus Supermarket. Cleaning etc was excellent and we could always count on quick help from the house keeper. It will be difficult to find a house better suited for big families - at least five stars. Not the least - great communication with the owner from start to finish - always responsive and helpful

Wonderful Stay!

We booked the Glasshouse for a family reunion with some family from Australia and some from Sweden. The glasshouse was the perfect meeting point. Really easy to deal with Bradley to set everything up and his staff (Khun Pond Villa Manager and Chef Khun Yut) couldn’t be any better at what they do. At one point we asked Khun Pond at super late notice to decorate our house with Halloween supplies as some of the kids were used to celebrating back home and within 12 hours this was completed perfectly. Khun Yut didn’t serve up a bad meal, everything was dished up perfectly and in a timely manner. The house itself is perfect and you don’t really need to leave it too often as it is a perfect place to sit and relax, swim or just watch the amazing views. But when you do go out you have amazing beaches, restaurants and shops at your doorstep. Wonderful accommodation and outstanding staff, will love to come back at some stage.

A piece of heaven

What can I say about the Glass House that haven’t been said? The view is heavenly - from any spot in the villa. Bradley is extremely detail oriented and made sure our stay is well attended from the moment we land. Our drivers are excellent and introduced us to great restaurants as well as outdoor markets. They also help booked tours to Koh Phi Phi and James Bond island, both are must do. We were very fortunate and had little rain during our stay. Even when raining, the view from the villa is fantastic. Our host, Pond, is wonderful woman and made sure we are taken care of. The only average thing was probably the chef, perhaps we were not used to his way of cooking. There’s a 7-11 right at the foot of our driveway, makes it really convenient to get miscellaneous things - water, ramen, etc… We were pleasantly surprised at how good the coffee it offered. We definitely would come back to the Glass House sometime in the future as well as brag to our friends about it.

It was an okay stay

Overall nice property. Owner is responsive with a nice property manager. I usually give lenient reviews but lots of maintenance issues when we stayed. Dryer not working. No internet for the first night (very important for the group). 2 AC unit kept on turning off when we wanted to use it (appeared to be a circuit breaker issue). Positive is they tried to get everything in working order as quickly as possible. The one thing I understand on the owners part (variable per stay) but would of rather have it priced into the price was the electricity allowance. Our group was not on the property in the day time for 2 of the 4 days. Turned off all lights and AC units and still had to pay for additional electricity allowance. If you don’t want to have to worry about having to turn everything off; this is not the place to stay. To my recollection; this Information was given after you book and pay for your stay. The information that there is a certain electricity allowance is given a week prior to stay and not prior. Deceptive for this part. Lastly, we had a large overall group for the trip and 16 of us stayed at the glass house. The rest stayed at a nearby hotel. We had a day excursion that we all wanted to be picked up in one location (glass house). The owner, did not like this. In my opinion, not unreasonable as the others (not staying on the property) are only waiting for the transport. Understandable, it can be a liability issue but with these factors in mind. A hotel may have been a better option for a large group. Which we did prior staying at the Glass House. Overall, a nice stay but not the best. Felt like the property is getting dated but having a nice property manager gave us comfort. Owner was responsive. Lastly, another positive... lots of information given and resources available. Transport available pretty easily. Beautiful views. There are definitely pros and cons on this one.

I'm sorry to hear that your experience at the villa did not work out as well as you’d hoped. I always strive to provide a 5* experience for all our guests so it’s a great disappointment for me when we don’t achieve that. We upgraded to high speed fibre-link connection in the Glasshouse 1 year ago and now have a download speed of 30 Mb/s. The connection has been very reliable since the upgrade and this is the first glitch we’ve had. Our team contacted the provider as soon as we heard about this and the internet was working again the next morning. I understand the importance of having a reliable internet connection and can only apologise for this. We routinely check that all appliances are working before check-in. If any faults should occur during a stay, Khun Pond, our villa manager will do her best to get things repaired as quickly as possible. I’m pleased that she was able to get the AC units and tumble dryer repaired quickly. I always inform prospective guests about the electricity allowance when I respond to their first enquiry. There’s a wide variation in the amount of electricity that guests use and this all comes down to the aircon. I’ve been including electricity on an allowance basis for the last 7 years as I think it’s much fairer for guests and it encourages responsible use of aircon (e.g. keeping windows and doors closed when AC is on). Of course, guests are welcome to use as much electricity as they choose and there’s no need to turn everything off when you leave the house if you don’t want to. The included allowance is generally sufficient for about 80% of guests and any use over the allowance is charged at cost +5%. The terms of the rental state that villa guests are not permitted to have additional guests without prior permission of the owner. This is also explained in the welcome letter which I send out 1 week before every stay. You didn’t mention in advance that you intended to use the villa as a hub for your extended group. During your stay, the chef told me that you had extra guests for meals. He found himself understaffed as I’d told him to expect 16 guests. The chef was disappointed that you changed your plans and cancelled at the last minute without paying the service fee. I’m glad to hear that you otherwise enjoyed the villa, liked the beautiful views and found all the information and resources helpful. Thank you for the positive feedback on our villa manager and Khun Bao’s taxi service; I’ve passed this on to them.

Birthday Celebration

I had such a good time here, celebrating an important milestone ; my transition from Season 5 to Season 6. Friends and family came to stay in this gorgeous, spacious and airy villa. I had the master bedroom, which was bigger than my first apartment back home. Every day I woke up and swam in the pool, admiring the stunning view over the bay. The kitchen and dining facilities are excellent, and we cooked on a couple of days, but we were able to book a chef service, which produced three amazing meals, particularly the lunch on the day of my birthday, which was beyond delicious. The villa is quite well situated - away from the road but within easy walking of a pharmacy, massage outlets and restaurants. The local 7-11 is close and open 24 hours. If you want to get to Patpong and the nightlife there, it is quite a long drive, and you need to hire a van, but if you're with a group or family like I was, then the Glasshouse and the local area has everything you need for a wonderful stay.

A Piece of Paradise in Phuket

We didn’t think it was possible, but our return trip to the Glasshouse after 8 years was even better than before! The area has more shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk so you get the best of both worlds now - a secluded oasis to relax and watch the spectacular sunsets from the pool and interesting places to explore when you go out. All the attention to detail - from the check-in to recommendations for food, local markets to explore, and excursions around the island - made the entire trip feel very personalised for our special birthday celebration. We even had a private chef for a couple of nights who cooked in the outdoor kitchen and made some delicious local Thai dishes that we are still savouring! We were there during the low season, so expect a few tropical thunderstorms (a welcome relief from the heat and humidity). You’ll still get gorgeous weather most of the time. And no matter what time of year you go the Glasshouse is a great value with 6 en suite rooms (get ready to fight for the master BR!) and a private beach to walk along. The Glasshouse is a great place to stay if you want to avoid the touristy and tacky parts of the island. Best in Phuket!

Absolutely Amazing

Absolutely Amazing! The villa is located on Panwa Cape with lush rainforest / jungle in the back, a stunning view of the bay and eastern coastline of Phuket with the crown jewel being a view of the Big Bhudda statue. It is walking distance away from two separate beaches - Ao Yon (east) and Khao Khad (west). We spent a lot of time on Khao Khad, taking morning walks, though there is little room to walk on the beach during high tide. Personally, it made the walk more fun. There are massage parlors, restaurants, scooter rentals, cafes and even a 7-11 within walking distance. The only negative would be if you are interested in Patong Beach area or Phuket Town there is a drive associated with either location. Patong Beach being 30-40 minutes away and Phuket Town being 20-30 minutes away. The area of the villa is quiet and gives a very laid back feel to it. Our experience with the villa started when we booked the villa. Bradley, the owner of the villa, was extremely helpfully in figuring out the ins and outs of the area as well as working with the manager and chef in Phuket. We were a party of 15 people (10 Adults and 5 Teenagers) and were going to stay at the villa for 7 nights. We had arranged a rental bus (Toyota Commuter) to ferry us around for the week. There was ample parking space for it in the villa. We arrived quite early at the villa and had been given permission to check-in early by Bradley. The villa is gorgeously decorated. Each room is stunning in it’s own right and taken together is amazing. The piece de resistance however is the patio and pool area which gave the stunning views mentioned above. We ended up spending a lot of time there. The teenagers enjoyed having their own room, wifi, the ping-pong table upstairs and of course the pool. They ended up using the gazebo more than the adults in the party as the speakers were on Apple Play. We had arranged for the first days two meals to be created by the chef. We loved his preparations of Italian food we had for lunch and of course the Thai food for dinner was spectacular especially considering our whole party was vegetarian. The only reason we didn’t repeat the chef was that we planned to be out and about in the evenings. Really, all you can say about the Glasshouse in Phuket is Absolutely Amazing. From the service by Bradley (the owner) to the manager (Khun Pond) to the chef they provided, to the villa itself - it was in the lap of luxury.

Our experience at the Glasshouse was absolutely amazing!!!!!! If you are looking for the perfect place to stay in Phuket that is great for spending time with family or friends look no further. The Villa itself is stunning, great views in a superb setting. From the Villa there is a perfect view of the "Big Budda" on the mountain top from the poolside. The Villa is a home away from home with everything you need. All staff went above and beyond to assure that our stay was as comfortable as possible. Let's start with Khun Pond, the house manager. She is seriously one of the sweetest women you would ever meet. Very polite, professional and solution minded although we really didnt encounter any issues whatsoever. Khun Man the driver is the absolute best, very professional, punctual, great personality. The price for transportation for our party of 9 was reasonable. For one flat rate for the day you can do a tour on a budget which works out to be more budget friendly than paying a tour company. His recommendations were great being that we didnt know much about Phuket. He was also a safe driver which is important. We also opt to book with the tour company next to 7 Eleven with Mr. Bao who offered great rates with reputable tour companies for activities much further away from the Villa. The Chef referred by Mr. Bradley was excellent, the food was amazing and worth every penny. If you have a large party its worth hiring the Chef, he will do all the shopping, food prep, set up and clean up. I could go on and on of how amazing our overall experience was, but you have to experience it for yourself, but I tell you one thing, you will not regret it. We look forward to visiting again soon. Amazing and Everything we hoped for

The property was amazing and lived up to the description in every way. The chef, Nui, we hired through Bradly was fantastic and produced the BEST Thai food any of us have ever tasted. It was such a bonus not to worry about shopping, cooking and washing up. Bradly was easy to communucate with right from the very beginning, he was very prompt in replying and helpful in providing information. The villa manager was also extremely responsive to any request or query we had. It all made for being a fantastic holiday and it exceeded our expectations for a family reunion.

The BEST girls trip ever!!!!

Our experience was AMAZING!!!!! The house was beautiful in pictures and even more beautiful in person. We had a group of 14 ladies and we all slept comforably in the villa. The owner did a very good job informing us of all the amenities they offer. We utilized the Chef who was super accommodating and the food was GREAT!!! The taxi service was readily available, just be sure to call 1-2hrs in advance, Khun Pond (villa manager) and the owner Bradley communicated very well with us prior to our arrival. Prior to our arrival we arranged massages at the villa and the ladies came with 5-6 Masseuses which was perfect for our large group. The air conditioning was not an issue, we did go over a tad bit but as long as the doors are open then be sure to turn the air conditioning off. The pool area has its own speakers and lights inside the pool for night swim and there are two grills on the patio. 7/11 is directly behind the house and their is an ATM and money exchange right behind the house. I would advise you not to exchange your money in China (if this is your layover) at all, as there are NO FEES to exchange over in Thailand.

Very well equipped and excellent internal decoration, very comfortable and spacious property. Near two supermarkets and lots of lovely local restaurants and two lovely beaches (away from any noise). Taxi driver available for any further journeys. Pool was good size and refreshing after a relaxing day at th beach. We were certainly use the property again when we visit Thailand.

Total luxury and relaxation!

The Glasshouse was incredibly beautiful and exceeded all our expectations! The house afforded us the luxury of having a chef almost every day, they use the outdoor kitchen mostly unless they are teaching you a personalized cooking class, so the level of relaxation and luxury was really incredible. The house is so well equipped, we travelled with 3 other families with 5 kids total and they had a ball in the pool and at the world class beaches that are within walking distance. There was a lovely happy hour at a local resort and the low season was perfect without tons of tourists, it felt like we had the place to ourselves. There is a lovely spa within about 30 paces as well and the massages, staff, and facility are excellent! The owner and staff at the house are also very helpful and very informative and responsive helping to plan your trip to the fullest. Highly recommended, we will be back one day!

Fantastic Stay

We had a wonderful time with our friends and families there. The house is big enough for so many people and do not feel crowded or squeezed .We spent a lot of time in the pool and around dining table cause personal chef created miracle for us .Very quiet surrounding so that we felt totally relaxed when we left .Thank You!
