Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased to know that you enjoyed the villa’s location and pool area. We would like to clarify a few points. The property is not advertised as including food or consumables for the entire stay, and as is standard with self-catering accommodation, guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed. A complimentary starter pack is provided upon arrival. Regarding waste disposal, guests are only asked to remove trash upon check-out as part of standard hygiene and cleaning procedures, as common practice based on basic standards of behavior and courtesy, there is no daily requirement. The villa is equipped and furnished to accommodate its full capacity, which is up to 10 guests as shown in the listing, not 12, and the number of towels provided corresponds to the number of guests on the booking. We regret that some of these details did not meet your expectations and thank you for sharing your thoughts. Warm regards, Algarve Vacation Customer Care
