Gelso nero ( garden view) disposes of 1 double bedroom, 1 bath, a fully equipped kitchen, dinner/ living room with a sofa bed for two people. A private garden. It hasn't a view of the sea.
The property is situated Via Sant'Alessandro, a small pedestrian street going up behind the left river close to the arrivals of ferries and hydrofoils (10 minutes by foot).
Ischia Porto is easily reached from Naples by boat, leaving very frequently from the harbour in central Naples "Molo Beverello". The trip takes 50 minutes.
The apartment is situated in a 15.000 square meter private coast property "Villa dei fiori sul mare". It is a beautiful and well kept park with exotic and regional plants and flowers and which has beautiful lanes which goes through the garden to the various separated apartments and down towards the exclusive private sea access.
The property can truly be considered a private oasis but yet very close to the center of Ischia Porto and from where any part of Ischia is easily reached. In 10 minutes by foot you find restaurants, shops, grocery shops, rentings of cars, scooters, bikes, and the main bus and taxi station.
The private access to the sea is equipped with sunbeds, chairs . There are several platforms going down towards the sea, with reserved private spaces for each apartment (Gelso Nero - Ciliegio-Bouganville) , but it's not a beach.
The other longer sand beaches are situated 15 minutes on foot from the house (next to the main shopping street Via Roma) and
the small beach "Spiaggia degli Inglesi" is situated about 400m from the house.
The price includes bedlinen and towels for the bathroom, but we ask our guests to kindly bring towels or pareos for the sea.

Summer in Ischia

We were able to have a relaxing holiday in this beautiful property. The owners were incredibly helpful and attentive during the whole booking process. We didn’t need help during our stay but felt it would have been available should we have needed it. The position of the house is private and calm away from the busy, fun town activities. A really lovely place for a holiday. Thank you.

Warm welcome

The host had a lovely young student to greet me at the port, and walk me to the space. Communication was excellent, and host gave ideas and tips for the visit. Close to the port and bright and clean space. Wonderful!

A due passi dal porto

Tutto è andato bene, dalla comunicazione con la proprietaria al check out. Il nostro appartamento, il gelso nero, era pulito e confortevole. Wifi e climatizzazione ottimi. La proprietà si trova in salita su una strada pedonale, giusto se avete bagagli pesanti potrebbe essere stancante all'arrivo. Ma poi dopo nessun problema visto che in 10 minuti a piedi si arriva al centro di Ischia Porto. Consigliato sia a coppie che a gruppi di amici.

The location is superb, overlooking 2 sides of the peninsula. A jewel. Marc & Oksana welcomed us.

We made special arrangements for a catered dinner, and it was abundant and fabulous. It was delivered to us by the two women who I imagine have served others throughout their life and enjoy sharing with others. It was nice to support the very local community. The 1 bedroom villa was equipped well with implements with which to cook breakfast and other meals. Marc had pointed out the grocery at the first nearest corner. Oksana was nearby if we should need assistance. The owner of the property went out of her way to be hospitable to make up for our first day of really horrible weather. We recommend renting a car to see the thermal baths on the island instead of very expensive taxi. You can walk 30 minutes to Argonese castle. The access to the beach was very very special. The owners are really blessed to have such a Property. The only thing I missed, which is often the case, in traveling, I love bath tubs, but I believe all the villas have showers only. We really hope to return to this very unique property, we were treated with a very special concern by the owners who are willing to share their wonderful family heritage, and this island of Ischia.

Posto incantevole. Casa carina e con tutti i confort ( cucina ben attrezzata, tovaglie). Casa fresca. Discesa al mare privata , ci sono degli scalin da fare ma ne vale la pena, mare pulito, sembra di essere in una piscina privata. Consiglierei solo di mettere una luce fuori nel terrazzo per poterne usufruire la sera , e cenare fuori in tranquillità 👍 Buon servizio e disponibilità dei propritari.

Fantastic place

We, a family of four, spent the week before easter at this place. It’s on a large property of a local family, our apartment was in the separate guest house. The place overall is simply amazing, you are right next to the harbour of Ischia Porto but it’s still very quiet. There are large communal garden areas with beach access and views over to Vesuv, and a very well behaved dog that our kids loved. The apartment itself is very well kept. Response from the owners was immediate.

bellissima proprietà. bellissimo panorama famiglia ospitante gentile

mi è piaciuta questa villa l'appartamento è ben fornito di tutto il necessario per sentirsi a casa. la cucina, la camera da letto, il bagno e la zona giorno sono molto confortevoli. la proprietà è bellissima, vista panoramica sul mare e sulla natura circostante. la famiglia ospitante è gentile e il loro figlio mi è di grande aiuto perché non parlo italiano. Mi piacerebbe tornare qui di nuovo un giorno e raccomandare questa villa ad altri che visitano la bellissima isola.

abitazione estesa su prato verde

L' abitazione è estesa su di un immenso prato verde dove i miei bambini hanno potuto giocare sembrava di stare in una vera e propria pineta. La sua posizione centralissima mi ha permesso di arrivare in quasi 10 minuti all'Ischia Termal Center dove ho potuto fare le mie cure termali, ed inoltre dove ho potuto portare tutta la mia famiglia al parco termale Castiglione che dista sempre 10 minuti dall'abitazione. Inoltre ho potuto utilizzare la discesa al mare, andando in una bellissima insenatura dove l'acqua è cristallina; sembrava di stare ai Caraibi. La struttura è dotata di tutti i confort, il personale è sempre molto gentile e cerca in ogni modo di soddisfare le nostre esigenze. Un merito particolare alla Signora Mariolina.

Nice flat in a beautiful garden, close to the centre of Ischia!

We stayed two weeks and enjoyed our holidays a lot. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The flat is clean and comfortable. You have just a few minutes walk to Ischia centre with little shops and many restaurants. Nearby there is a bigger beach with nice sand. I would recomment it!!

Entre viento y mar un paraíso

Tuvimos unos días maravillosos en este apartamento con vista al mar y rodeado de hermosos jardines. La temperatura del agua estaba aun caliente así que pudimos aprovechar el acceso al mar todos los días. Lo único que hay que tener en cuenta es que hay 3 apartamentos y solo uno de ellos tiene esa terraza maravillosa sobre el mar. Los otros son mas pequeñas, mas lejos y sin vista al mar y las fotos son de toda la propiedad y muchas fotos son del apartamento mas bello. Es importante aclarar cual propiedad les dan para evitar malentendidos luego. La propietaria manejó muy amablemente todo.

lieu magnifique mais...

Accès à la mer par un rocher, dans une résidence pleine de verdure, près du port en suivant une petite rue en pente, c'est magnifique. La propriétaire parle très bien français mais au téléphone. Sur place, italien seulement. Pas simple, par exemple avec l'eau chaude indisponible malgré intervention du personnel italien. A noter que l'appartement loué ne correspond pas aux photographies du site Abritel, plus éloigné de la côte. La terrasse était agréable mais pleine de moustiques (pas de moustiquaire), la machine à laver n'essorait pas convenablement. De bonnes vacances tout de même grâce au lieu et à la gentillesse des italiens mais prix élevé pour la prestation.

Direct access to the sea from a lovely property

The villa we rented is part of a lovely private property with a beautiful garden only a short walk away from the main port in Ischia. The home is modern and well-equipped, perfect for a family of four. The villa does not have parking but the owners helped us find cheap guarded parking nearby. The main attractions of the villa are that it is in a very quiet and secluded spot in spite of the short distance from the city centre, and the private descent to the sea. Even in the busiest days of August we were able to enjoy the sunshine and lovely sea without hassle. Definitely recommended!

Relax a Ischia presso Villa dei fiori - Gelso nero

delizioso appartamento immerso nel verde a pochi minuti dal porto di Ischia, locali arredati con gusto, pulitissimi e dotati di tutti i comfort, vista sul giardino esterno e possibilità di cenare all'aperto, il nome dell'appartamento deriva proprio da un enorme Gelso nero che troneggia sul giardino, ed è bellissimo! Ad un minuto dall'appartamento c'è il mare con accesso privato e scaletta per fare il bagno. alcune piazzole con i lettini danno la possibilità di soggiornare zona mare e prendere il sole, la vista da qui è spettacolare, a destra il porto di Ischia e a sinistra sempre bellissimi tramonti sul mare. la posizione è rialzata e si gode sempre di una fresca brezza. l'accesso privato sul mare è il fiore all'occhiello di questa villa, praticamente abbiamo fatto sempre il bagno qui :) L'appartamento è ben posizionato e a pochi minuti a piedi si arriva a Ischia porto, il personale è gentile e sempre a disposizione, abbiamo passato una settimana in pieno relax e ci siamo sentiti a casa. L'ultimo giorno volevo acquistare un alberello di limone e ci hanno accompagnato di persona a prenderlo, grazie a tutti per l'accoglienza fraterna, da tornarci!

Posto da incanto e ospitalità rara

Sono stato ospite, insieme ad altri 7 amici, presso la Villa dei Fiori per il ponte del 2 giugno. C'è veramente poco da dire se non che è consigliatissimo. Location eccezionale, immersa nel verde e con accesso diretto ad un mare veramente spettacolare. Gli alloggi - oltre che esteticamente di gusto - sono molto confortevoli e dotati di tutto ciò che possa servire. L'ospitalità del personale rende tutto ancora più bello. La posizione della struttura, vicinissima al porto, garantisce comodità nel raggiungerla e possibilità di avere tutti i servizi a portata di mano. Assolutamente da consigliare!!!

Il paradiso può attendere....davvero!

Un posto che non riesci a dimenticare in un'isola speciale. Ho avuto occasione di passare un we nella casa "il ciliegio", un posto riservato con una luce che ti riempie di energia. Molto ben curata ed arredata con gusto, è dotata veramente di tutto. Non c'è solo uno spettacolo in quel posto, ma una serie di angoli che ti accolgono come fosse da sempre il tuo luogo di pace. Il patio con il suo giardino privato, il tavolo da pranzo sotto il ciliegio, il silenzio riservato del posto, che in una affollata e talvolta caotica isola non ha prezzo. Ma il "tuo paradiso" lo scorgi percorrendo lo zig zag di un piccolo sentiero della discesa privata al mare della tenuta. Un vero spettacolo della natura, un panorama mozzafiato sul golfo di Napoli arricchito da angoli e terrazze attrezzate di lettini dove puoi rigenerarti.... e che non vorresti mai lasciare! Non ho avuto modo di incontrare in quell'occasione la sig.ra Mariolina, la padrona di casa, ma vi posso assicurare che oltre ad avere una disponibilità difficile da trovare per l'organizzazione della prenotazione, è capace di accoglierti in un abbraccio caloroso di benvenuto anche da lontano! Attenta ad ogni particolare che riscontri nella cura della struttura, ha l'animo della vera signora napoletana! Ci tornerò certamente, e consiglio vivamente a tanti di non perdere una occasione come questa. A Napoli c'è un detto: "vedi Napoli e poi muori", ma certamente dovrebbe essere aggiunto..." Il Paradiso in terra

Sono stata per qualche giorno al Gelso Nero. Già mi era stato consigliato, ma l'esperienza è andata al di là di qualunque più rosea aspettativa. Una location straordinaria: comodissimo arrivando a Ischia con l'aliscafo (5 minuti piedi), ma dopo una stradina pedonale si arriva "fuori dal mondo": tutto curatissimo, fiori profumati, gelsi e limoni, prato, e poi una discesa a mare mozzafiato, nel mare incredibile e profumato dell'Isola. Discesa a mare con tanto di lettini e solarium incastonati tra rocce e macchia mediterranea: privacy e tranquillità assoluta. L'appartamento è perfetto, dotato di tutti i confort e di tutto quel che può servire anche per un soggiorno più lungo di qualche giorno. Arredato con eleganza e allo stesso tempo con una semplicità che cosente il massimo del relax. È possibile anche pranzare e cenare in giardino, allestito con comodi sedie e tavolo di legno. Insomma: se siete ad Ischia non posso consigliare location migliore. E per concludere la gentilezza delle proprietarie e di Dominique, sempre disponibile per qualunque aiuto, informazione o problema. Insomma: ricorderò il Gelso Nero come uno dei posti più belli e accoglienti che mi sia capitato di vedere. Eccellente davvero

Un vero paradiso

Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato presso il Giglio Nero per 2 splendide settimane, durante le quali ci siamo sentiti veramente in vacanza. Eccellente posizione: a 2 passi dal centro ma allo stesso tempo lontana dal caos dell'isola; il verde presente nella bellissima villa rinfresca dalle calde giornate estive; la discesa a mare privata consente di rilassarsi senza essere disturbati in alcun modo. Regna la pace e la quiete. Una vacanza ideale per chi vuole veramente staccare la spina. Grazie alla disponibilità della gentilissima proprietaria abbiamo goduto di tutti i comfort e conosciuto un lato dell'isola che ancora non conoscevamo e che sicuramente ci piacerebbe rivivere in futuro.
