Amazing stay!

We couldn’t have asked for a better holiday. This property really allowed us to have an amazing time. Location, homeliness, pool friendliness of the staff. We hope to return some day. We enjoyed the pool each day and easy walks to the beach at Mullins. A great experience!

Lovely villa in great location

Great access to some really good beaches and restaurants. Lovely quiet area and we loved seeing the monkeys each day and al of the birds. Lovely pool and space. Lounge super nice and comfy. Beds were a little hard for our liking and cleanliness not brilliant, passable but not the best in places.

Thank you for your generally positive feedback, I’m delighted you found the villa well positioned and enjoyed the daily monkey show! I’m sorry to learn that cleanliness was only passable; this is a little surprising as guests who have just arrived have told me it’s spotless. Nonetheless I shall liaise with Claudia to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness are upheld. Thank you for your feedback and your be very welcome to stay at the villa in the future,

The Villa has a really home from home feel in an amazing location just 5 minute walk to the beach and a brilliant pool area. We had the bonus of monkeys and birds greeting us in the mornings. A thoroughly delightful place which was cleaned every other day and thoroughly well maintained.Adrian’s bar on Mullins beach which was such fun in a perfect beach location and reasonable prices. Everyone was super friendly and the whole booking process a real pleasure.Air con is quiet in the bedrooms which meant we also slept well.Thank you for an awesome perfect stay and family holiday.

A gem of a property

We stayed at TreeTops for a week (family with 3 kids) and it couldn’t have been better. The Villa, pool and garden are all very well maintained, and it is in close proximity to several good restaurants and the beach. We enjoyed having breakfast every morning on the back deck overlooking the gully, and were often visited by monkeys, hummingbirds and green parrots. We would not hesitate to book again.

So pleased.

The property was just as pictured. The descriptions were accurate. We had a lovely stay. The owners and their staff were efficient and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this property if you are traveling to Barbados. Easy walk to those great yellow buses that will take you most places on the island!

Treetops villa is located at the end of a road, so super quiet and private and yet 5 minute walk to the beach. Huge delights in seeing monkeys in the trees. All bedrooms are spacious, very comfortable beds and excellent storage. The kitchen has a huge fridge/freezer, oven, toaster, coffee maker and an air fryer. Best equipped kitchen we have stayed in.Lots of sun beds for the whole family.Manager and maid were so helpful, kind, constantly on hand but not intrusive at all. Everything was super clean and maintained. We will definitely be back

Tree Tops

Tree Tops was a wonderful home for our family Barbados visit. The location is great for exploring the island with quick drives to the Wildlife Reserve, Animal Flower Cave, Harrison's Cave and the East Coast, in addition to lots of beaches. The property was amazing with a very private yard and swimming pool and a back deck overlooking the forest. The house has three air conditioned bedrooms and a comfortable common area. Will was very responsive which was appreciated as we were there during Hurricane Beryl and the housekeeper Claudia was very friendly and helpful as well. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

A great Short Stay at The TreeTops with a 5month old !

We were lucky enough to come across the TreeTops due to a late notice cancellation and what a find. Communication was great with Will (Owner) along with the info pack provided about the Villa and the local area. We reached out to Sean (Wills contact) for transport from the Airport and Andrew (Villa Manager) to have mini food shop awaiting our arrival. Andrew was there to greet us and show us around the Villa. We met Claudia (housekeeper) the next day who was very friendly, providing some island tips. The Villa itself was spacious with 3 double bedrooms and cool aircon. The main living area was a good size with kitchen just off of it with everything you would need to cook. A nice touch was the picnic boxes should you want to picnic on a beach or to take food out on a day trip. The grounds are well kept and the pool sizable with a shallow walk in to circ 6ft deep. The front of the villa has a dinning table and chairs and the rear has decking and sofa chairs looking on to the trees and sunset. There is a separate annex on the grounds but we hadn't booked that. We very much enjoyed watching the sun come up, the playful and songful birds plus the visiting Monkeys. The location is at the very end of a close type road which backs onto trees and bushes so it is peaceful. We took up Will's suggestions of local restaurants and bars a short stroll away. I would recommend this Villa and our only regret is that we didn't stay longer, it felt like home when we left. Thankyou,Treetops team

Great time had by all

Just back from 1 week at Treetops and had a great time. Lovely villa & pool. Everything you would need and extremely clean. Only short walk to Mullins beach and local bus which was an experience not to be missed. Will & Janice were great hosts who were very accommodating to our requests. Having come off a cruise ship it would have been helpful to have use of a washing machine but Claudia helped us and did a washing for us. All in all a great week. Thanks to everyone

Beautiful house, great communication with owners and staff wonderful. Mullins Bay area is our favourite part of the island and Tree Tops was a perfect location, 5 minutes walk from the beach and on bus route to everywhere we wanted to go. We would definitely stay again.

Simply fantastic

Had a wonderful 10 days at Treetops, the house was just perfect, spotless, extremely well appointed, everything you need from blenders for cocktails to catering for large families. The large fresh water pool was a real boost, again spotless and well maintained. Fabulous location, friendly neighbours and only a short walk to two amazing beaches - oh, monkeys were fun to watch morning and evenings as they passed through the lush woods which surrounds part of the property. Host communication was first class and they made everything happen seamlessly.

The most fabulous stay at Tree Tops

Can’t fault our stay from booking to checkout. Will and Janice were great with providing info and advice as to where to go and what to say as well as the admin stuff re the villa itself. Their staff at the villa were lovely and the villa itself? Well, fantastic. Clean, well thought out, spacious, ideally located and bajan in style. If you’re lucky you will be treated to a monkey show (they come up the drive and across to the trees). Location is perfect for exploring the island and walking distance from the chilled Adrian’s bar and Cici’s casual but tasty restaurant. Not forgetting Sea Shed which was great. Thank you Will and Janice. We will be back!

Slice of paradise 5 minutes walk from Mullins beach

Treetops is a lovely holiday house. The bedrooms are spacious with air conditioning and there is a back deck running along both bedrooms which was great for sundowners and night caps. Lovely patio at the front overlooking the pool with a bbq. We spent mornings here watching the birds and the antics of the monkeys. The pool was larger than many villa pools and great for relaxing after a day out. We didn’t use the kitchen much as Mullins beach has good beach bars and restaurants but it is well stocked with all the utensils you need. We did bbq some fish from the local fish market-delicious! Janice and Will did everything to ensure we had a great holiday- good communication and great staff at the house. Thank you for sharing your lovely house.

Just so homely

... That’s the first place that caught out attention and that exceeded my expectations in every way. Everything we wished for. 1 floor very spacious house, amazing size well kept garden massive pool pool for the kids, open plan living-room kitchen outdoor bbq and eating area to the hyper relaxing back terrace facing wilderness. From the charming kind neighbor Winter to the amazing Claudia and Andrew catering and helping settling in to the 5 minutes walk to the most amazing calm beach and the morning morning rituals. I wouldn’t know where to start but I do. Thank you Janice the owner for your constant help and support on the little lest thing you could help with the island, from the local cooking delicacies to everything we needed. It’s a home we’ll come back to, we’ll kept, felt like home in seconds and I still wish I was there, so do the kids... thank you.. so much space to play to be all, for the 4 of us with 2 kids to find each other or just peace and calm individually. We’ll be back Janice.. it’s was great because everyone’s means well and you really care about how well we are .. we felt it

Peaceful and relaxed

We really enjoyed our week at Treetops. It was nice to be away from the main road along the coast, yet an easy and pleasant walk to our favourite Gibbs Beach. We enjoyed the birds and monkeys around the house, as well as the flowers and trees. The layout of the house was perfect for our family of 5. We really enjoyed taking the local yellow bus to Holetown and Speightstown. Sarah and Simon’s communication and information about the property and island was very helpful.

Most enjoyable holiday in the perfect location

We’ve just returned from one of the best holidays! The whole experience has been excellent. Sarah and Simon the owners have been incredibly helpful helping us plan our holiday. From the moment we arrived we were looked after by being met at the airport and treated to a wonderful home cooked meal after our long flight. The house was clean and homely with all the prefect touches. Tree Tops is in a great location close to one of the best beaches and close to stunning restaurants and Caribbean bars. Being tucked slightly off the main road makes it a wonderful experience to have so much wildlife in the garden to enjoy whilst sitting round the pool and having a BBQ. We look forward to returning back to Tree Tops next year!

Look no further .........

TreeTops is in a secluded location but only a few minutes to the best beach. The house is very comfortable and well arranged. The garden and pool are gorgeous. Rum punch and meals on the terrace are heavenly. Having a car is preferable but not essential. 8 adults enjoyed the space (2 of us had the new bedroom in the garden) and all agreed we would go back in a heartbeat. As always, thank you Simon and Sarah for letting us have your perfect house.

Beautiful, relaxing and serene

The place is exactly as the picture depicts, its also in a cul-de-sac which means hardly any cars pass through leaving the space peaceful and quiet. The pool is warm all day/night long we even went in it about 10pm one night. The only minor issues we had were some technical issues with the TV, the microwave and one of the AC units in the master bedroom but we didn't call the workers as we were only there for a weekend but when we told them about it they were ready to come fix the problems. Overall is was a great get away weekend and we would definitely do it again!

simply wonderful

Our family of five stayed at Treetops at the end of August 2018. What a wonderful house, secluded, quiet, yet close to Mullins Beach. The visiting monkeys are always entertaining, the swimming pool is 8.0m long which is good for swimming as well as cooling, Andrew and Kailine are just wonderful. The whole experience was fantastic - I would not hesitate to recommend Treetops.

Airy, private, lovely

We stayed at Tree Tops for a month in the early Spring of 2018. There were 6 adults. The property is delightful. We loved the back deck which is very private with comfortable places to sit and work. The wide, shady front veranda serves as a dining room and all around great place to be as well. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are very comfortable and the living room is nicely decorated with bright couches and chairs. The whole house has a warm, holiday feel but we also felt at home as if it was ours. The pool is a huge bonus (well maintained) and towered over by a magnificent Traveling Palm. We thoroughly enjoyed all the birds and the family of monkeys that made its way daily around the perimeter of the property. We had very minor things go wrong while we were there (a light bulb too high to reach, a broken lounge chair) and these were immediately taken care of by the great staff. There are two beaches within easy walking distance. We did not rent a car but used the buses to go up and down the coast from the Fish Pot restaurant to Bridgetown. Usually we made a daily trip into Speightstown for a coffee, shopping or dinner. It was hard to leave Tree Tops and we would certainly go back!
