The location of this property was excellent and the night views were outstanding! The condo was close to restaurants, the harbor, great shopping and amenities. Would stay there again and will recommend to friends.

Wonderful condo!

The location was perfect, the unit was clean, and supplied with everything needed for a stay. We had a hiccup with the check-in/check-out process, but would stay here again.

Great Place

We really enjoyed our stay. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and great books and board games. The view from the front windows was very nice. Could see the Parliament building and the back of the Empress. We walked everywhere and it is conveniently located for those just walking on the ferry.

Wonderful location

The condo was in an excellent location for all the inner harbor sites and shopping. Loved Starbucks right across the street and also the doubletree hotel next door made it easy to get taxis. Condo has wonderful large windows with a great view and nice balcony which we enjoyed. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely modern condo in perfect location

We came for the Victoria Marathon. The location was perfect, walking distance from the ferry dock and to all the restaurants and shopping. Condo is modern and clean with fire place, balcony and a good view. Perfect for a weekend get-away.

This condo was perfect for us. The location near the Empress Hotel made everything we needed within walking distance, including buses to Butchart Gardens and the ferry terminal. The condo was spotless and equipped with everything that was required. Barbara was a very responsive host and our whole experience was wonderful!

Great Downtown Condo

Very good property with central air, great blinds and additional amenities. Unit was as advertised, secure building with excellent walkability. Great hosts, communicative but not overbearing. Will look to book again in the future!

Exactly as described

We really enjoyed our stay at your condo. The accommodations were perfect. The location was perfect. We did not need a car, able to walk everywhere. A little trouble accessing the key but owner responded immediately and helped us. Would absolutely stay there again.

A beautiful place

This was a wonderful place. It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It was very clean. The location is ideal for getting around Victoria. It is walking distance to almost everywhere you would want to go including restaurants, museums and the waterfront. I would highly recommend.

Great 2 bedroom condo

Our family of four had a lot of room in this well appointed 2 bedroom condo. The Falls is centrally located for walking and with a secure parking spot, it was easy to come and go by car to farther away locations. We needed to contact our host about the heat pump and she had a repair company there within a couple hours after it was determined it needed a part replaced. We hope to stay there on any future trips.

From the ease of initially renting this condo to the actual visit we were impressed. Perfect location especially as we came over on the ferry with connecting coach lines and returned to our cruise the same way. All the ammenities centre of town! A joy!!!

I love to travel and over the years have come to realize what comforts I and other guests would enjoy while staying away from home. It is great to stay someplace that feels comfortable, is clean, bright, airy, has all the modern amenities, and that you can just relax in the evenings enjoying a book, watching TV, surfing the internet or watching Netflix on our Smart TV’s and as well simply enjoying the company of the other guests you are with.

I have tried to emulate this in our Oasis at the Falls. If you decide to book our condo we hope you enjoy the Victoria scrapbook of: local restaurants, pubs, attractions, tours to take, shopping close by, hiking areas, parks and many more items. Feel free to add yours in the guest book so that other guests are able to see what other items to do in and around Victoria!

Our condo offers a very comfortable, warm and inviting feel. The condo is in the heart of downtown, quiet due to the location, offers a year round heated hot tub, seasonal heated pool, pool deck to lounge on and see the city views, near the pool is a seasonal lounge area (check out the pictures of this in the photos!) which has a gas fireplace and a meeting room area right off this. As well a gym to work out in.

Our condo offers high ceilings, many windows to let light in, a relaxing patio, an amazing kitchen (see the photos of it!) that is very easy to cook in, 2 full bathrooms: 2-walk in showers, amazing Soaker tub in master bathroom, and double sinks in master bathroom.

We have added 3-55 inch Samsung Ultra HD 4K Curved Smart TV's: one in each bedroom and one in living room, very high speed internet, cable with a package of sports, movies, entertainment, nature, and many channels.
