The apartment is located 2 km from the center of Oulx and 3 km from the railway station, within a 10 km radius of Sauze d'Oulx and Bardonecchia.
On the first floor, the accommodation consists of a spacious and bright living room, equipped with a kitchenette, dining area, double sofa bed, and bunk bed. Smart-TV available for guests.
From the living room, you can access a spacious balcony with an excellent exposure and view of the mountains.
The bathroom has ventilation and a comfortable shower.
The apartment has a private outdoor parking space.
The apartment is managed on behalf of the private owner by Maison d'Oc Gestioni Srl.
