Great location, with lovely views. Walkable area, parking on site. Very comfortable beds and sofa. Only suggestion perhaps one more chair in living area for four adults to sit properly. Property manager at Pass the Keys extremely helpful and kind. Would recommend.

Excellent Location

Right in the heart of Windsor near the bridge to Eton and the river cruises. Nice and clean. As it is the top floor, you do have to watch bumping your head, if you turn too quick. Would stay here again!

Epilogue

At the end of our trip back to my homeland in the UK ... this was a wonderful and comfortable ending to a whirlwind visit with my daughter and grandchildren, before coming back to the US. Everything was clean, comfortable and well thought out for guests. Thank you, thank you. Couldn't of been a better ending.

Family syay

We arrive and the flat was very cold, the heating was off.The linens in one room were to small and in General with some stains even if they were cleaned.I will suggest to put at least one bottle of water in the house on arrival and give another pair of flat keys.The big toilet has a problem with the wc water and the washmashine place sometimes smells. Overall we found the flat nice amd confotable. Thanks. Lisa

As part of our efforts to be more eco-friendly and sustainable, we ensure that the heating is off before guest arrivals, but it can, of course, be adjusted to your preference once you check in. Regarding the linens, we use hotel-quality linens from our trusted providers. If we had been informed during your stay about any issues, we would have been happy to replace them for you. For security reasons, we provide one set of keys to guests, but we understand the convenience of an extra set and will take this into consideration. We also appreciate your suggestion about providing bottled water; however, we encourage sustainability by reducing single-use plastics where possible. We will be looking into the washing machine area to address any potential odour and will also check on the plumbing in the larger bathroom to ensure everything is in top condition.
