This classic stone built villa offers total privacy, luxury & relaxation on one of the most secret & beautiful beaches of Greece. Just fifteen minutes drive from Lefkas town & two minutes from the pretty seaside village of Agios Nikitas, you can bathe in the 1 km long secluded beach of Milos. The views from the villas over the crystal blue waters are second to none and the sunsets are absolutely breathtaking. Stone steps with handrails lead directly from the villas down to the beach.

Changeovers on Sunday or Saturday (in principal). If bookings allow it can be flexible.

Flights to our local airport Preveza are available from many European countries including UK, Holland, Germany, , Austria, Switzerland and more. From Preveza airport you can either take a bus, taxi or rent a car to Lefkada.

ATHENS TO LEFKADA by car is approximately 385 kilometers.
You can reach Lefkada by car, via the bridge that connects Lefkada with the mainland.
By BUS- there are frequent KTEL bus routes to Lefkada from Athens, Thessalonica, Patras, and other major Greek cities. From Athens, bus service is daily and travel time is 5/6 hours. From Thessalonica, bus service is 2 times per week and travel time is 5 hours.
There are daily flights from Athens International Airport and Corfu Airport, to Aktio Preveza Airport.
We are happy to prearrange a taxi transfer for you from Preveza to the villas and help with any travel advice.

Booking: 30% deposit (non -refundable). Final payment 6 weeks before arrival.

It is possible our reply may come a few hours after your request as we are based in Greece.
Confirmation will be sent on receipt of deposit.

All services, air-conditioning, towels, linen, electricity, water, final cleaning are included in the price. No extra or hidden costs.
Our concierge can meet you at Lefkas town or at Agios Nikitas village and escort you to the villa. They will also help you with your luggage. Luggage storage is not a problem!

Villas are available from 2pm on the day of arrival.
Guests are requested to vacate the villas no later than 11am on the day of departure. Will try to be as flexible as possible .This will depend on each individual case and other bookings. If we are forwarded travel arrangements beforehand we will try to accommodate guests with difficult flight times.

Traumhaft schön....

Wir waren für zwei Wochen hier, 2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder und haben unsere Ferien sehr genossen. Die Lage ist traumhaft die Aussicht Paradiesisch schön. Die Villa ist mit allem ausgestattet und die Sauberkeit stimmt auch, der Pool ist sehr schön und auch da kommt Jimmy jeden morgen und schaut das alles sauber ist. Tasos der Besitzer ist Zuvorkommend und sehr Kontaktfreudig, ist immer erreichbar und sehr Vertrauenswürdig . Hiermit möchte ich mich bei ihm und das gesamte Team nochmals bedanken. Im ganzen war es ein super gelungene Urlaub. Dankeschön...

Entspannter und erholsamer Urlaub in eigener Villa mit Pool - Maximale Entschleunigung

Wunderschöner Urlaub (14 Tage) in der eigenen Villa (für 6 Personen) mit einem sehr großzügigen Außenbereich, mit Pool, Sonnendeck und Gasgrill, die uns alleine zur Verfügung standen ( jede Villa hat einen eigenen großzügigen Außenbereich mit Pool, etc. ). Sehr angenehme Privatsphäre. Entspanntes Frühstück/Grillabende mit Blick aufs Meer, fast als ob man auf einem Schiff wäre. Der zu den Villen gehörige Parkplatz liegt 3 Minuten oberhalb der Villen. Den Weg zu unserer Villa haben wir immer besonders genossen, am schönen Oleander vorbei mit dem Blick über das türkisfarbene Meer. Die Milos Bay Villas sind etwa 20 Minuten südlich von der Stadt Lefkada gelegen, der nächste Ort, Agios Nikitas, ist etwa in 4 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. In Agios Nikitas gibt es sehr gute Restaurants und mehrere Läden um frische Lebensmittel und anderes einzukaufen. Der Flughafen ist etwa 45 Minuten entfernt. Für uns war die Lage optimal, da man recht nah am Flughafen war, aber auch eine sehr gute Ausgangslage für Rundfahrten auf der Insel Lefkada hatte. Der Empfang und die Betreuung durch das aufmerksame und freundliche Team des Milos Bay Ressorts war sehr hilfreich und angenehm. Bereits im Vorfeld vor der Anreise konnten Fragen geklärt werden. Unsere Koffer wurden von Jimmy vom Parkplatz zum Ressort gebracht, er hat auch jeden Tag für die Reinigung des Pools gesorgt und uns den Umgang mit dem Gasgrill gezeigt, Simone erklärte uns die Ausstattung der Villa und war für uns jederzeit erreichbar, Tasos, der Eigentümer hat sich vergewissert, dass alles in Ordnung ist und das Reinigungsteam hat uns Tipps für das Einkaufen des frischen Grillfleisches beim Metzger in Lefkada gegeben. Unsere Villa hat 2 sehr schöne 2-Bettzimmern, 2 Betten auf einer separaten Etage über dem Wohnzimmer/Küchenbereich, 1 Wohn-Küche (mit großem Esstisch, Sofa, Sessel und LED-Fernseher mit internationalen Programmen), 1 Badezimmer mit WC und ein weiteres Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC. Für den Außenbereich gibt es 2 Sonnenschirme, 4 Liegestühle und eine Esstischkombination. Wir waren 14 Tage vor Ort, gereinigt wurde die Villa in Absprache mit uns, Samstags und in der Wochenmitte. Die Villa war sehr gut ausgestattet, d.h. Kaffeemaschine, Mokkamaschine, Backofen, Grill, Toilettenpapier, Spülmittel, Geschirrhandtücher, Handtücher und sogar eine Grundbefüllung des Kühlschranks mit Trinkwasser, Bier, und Wein waren bei uns inbegriffen. Wir kommen wieder.

Stunning sunset over most amazing beach

The view is the most stunning we have ever had over the most amazing beach. We stayed in a traditional villa which was beautifully furnished and very clean. The stuff was extremely friendly and helpful. You can find a lot of restaurants in the village close by and if you want to cook yourself in the evening you can always drive to a supermarket in lefkada town which is just 20 min away. We loved the impressive hospitality and felt at home from the first moment. All in one we can totally recommend a stay at Milos Bay Villas and are planing on coming back next year.

A Paradise...

We had a fantastic stay in Milos Bay Villa! The villa have everything you need and more...The sunset was amazing, the pool area perfect, the beach wonderful, the staff very friendly and the privacy around the Villa gave a luxury feeling. We regret we did not book 2 weeks since 1 week was far to short:( The village close by offer a lot of nice restaurants and the grocery store has all the basics you need for breakfast and lunch. We are very very pleased with the week in Milos Bay and we would love to go back.... Eva with family

Fantastic villa, pool and view! Highly recommended

We stayed here for just 1 week to relax. form Sunday to Sunday which is when the flights from the UK to the local airport Preveza are. It was just me and my boyfriend and we stayed in a lovely 2 bedroom traditional stone villa, the perfect size for us. The pool was fantastic and there was lots of privacy. The villa itself was very quaint and cosy. Lovely wood beams, windows, everything you need inside, and was very clean and tidy. We hired a car for our stay and went adventuring around the island There are so many beautiful places to see. definitely worth a visit to porto katsiki, and mikros gialso (Poros). they were our favourite spots. The island has so many breath taking views. I had never really heard of Lefkada before so was abit dubious about coming but very pleased with the result. The team at Milos Bay Villas were very pleasant and helpful. they made the stay extra special. definitely visit Lefkada and you must stay at Milos Bay villas.

Simply Stunning!

Wow! Spectacular view of absolutely georgous coloured water. Breathtaking upon first sight! The traditional cottage was perfect for the four of us, with everything you would need for a lengthy stay. Tassos and Simone are there for anything you may need and periodically check in to make sure your stay is perfect. Great restaurants nearby and other beaches as well, but Milos beach is pretty tough to leave! It's hard to look at the photos because we are dying to get back!! We are definitely returning next year. Thanks to Milos Bay for contributing to a wonderful family vacation ! See you next year

a great combination of fun and relaxation

We stayed at Milos Bay Villas for 2 weeks and never wanted to leave. We stayed in one of the traditional villas. which was very cosy and perfect for our family of 5. the villa had its own pool, fully equipped and lovely and clean. we also had a mid stay clean and linen change. Nothing was too much. The steps i have read about are no trouble, after our breakfast it was perfect to take a stroll down to the beach. The colour of the water is out of this world. i have never seen sea so blue! It was like a home from home in paradise! also plenty to do for the children. and lots to see. Lefkas is just 15-20 mins in the car. and a lovely little village, Agios Nikitas just 2 mins away for fresh bread and every day essentials. a great combination of fun and relaxation! I recommend a visit to this place!

Noch viel schöner als auf dem Bild

Das Haus liegt wunderbar. Man hat eine tolle Aussicht auf die Bucht😊☀️Das Personal ist immer freundlich und es gibt zur Begrüßung einen vollen Kühlschrank mit Wein Bier Wasser.kurz gesagt diese Unterkunft ist nur zu empfehlen. Ich habe noch nie so wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge erlebt wie hier. Allerdings muss ich sagen in der Vorsaison Ende mai ists noch erschwinglich später wirds schon sehr teuer. Aber es war ein tolles Erlebnis 🇬🇷☀️☀️😎😎

La proprietà è esattamente come viene descritta e come appare nelle foto, anzi ancora più spettacolare. Credo che su tutta l’isola non esista ubicazione migliore. La spiaggia sottostante, nonostante i 230 gradini, è bella da togliere il fiato. La prima settimana di giugno c’era pochissima gente (il taxi-boat non era ancora attivo). Il servizio da parte del proprietario Tasos è da 5 stelle, così come la pulizia della casa e della piscina (curata ogni mattina dall’ottimo Jimmy) e la disponibilità del personale a supporto. La casa è splendida, completa di tutto. I tramonti dalla villa sono sensazionali. Sicuramente torneremo e lo faremo in compagnia di amici! Grazie a Tasos e al suo staff per aver reso indimenticabile la nostra vacanza! Thank you Tasos and your staff to make our holiday unforgettable! See you soon! Valentina, Lorenzo, Leonardo e Giorgio

Top!!!!

I used to travel in Lefkas every summer the last 8 years. The last 5 of them in this property. I have to say, after visited even the last and smaller village of this island, that this property has the best view in the island and its constructed above the most beautiful beach of the island. Try to visit it in May, June or Sept. The beach below will be all yours. Very helpful staff and fully equipped villas. The top spot in Lefkas.

Very nice beachfront property

Four villas on two different levels. The view is fantastic, the best you can find at this island, which is also very beautiful with very long beaches on the west coast. The staff was very professional . Pool was cleaned every day, and the villas twice a week. The parking area on the top is helpful and protected. The houses are very comfortable for a family, up to 5 – 6 people, but not for 6 adults if they are not a family, I mean 3 different couples. They are designed very clever , stone walls and wood inside, a very traditional style which is absolutely connected with the landscape around. Are fully equipped like a home. There is Jacuzzis in the bathrooms and a gas barbeque out. We used both a lot… It was nice and relaxing. We strongly recommend it.

Better than the photos

Every year we are spending our holidays in a beachfront villa, mostly in Greece. First time I can say that the reality is better than the photos of the ad…. The view was unbelievable. The beach down is 1 km long and absolutely empty, mid end September . No one there, only me and my family. The villa was a stone one, very beautiful and comfortable. Fully equiped kitchen, big marble bathroom with Jacuzzi , and another ensuite bathroom. We were 2 adults and 3 children, perfect for us. The staff was friendly and professional. The pool boy was cleaning the pool every day and helped us with the bags upon arrival and departure. The parking is protected . The island is very beautiful. The west coast is more wild , with long beaches , the east coast is more crowded, with villages on the coastline , nice also. I recommend Lefkas town for food and night life, it’s 12 km drive from Ag. Nikitas. Nice property nice holidays. I recommend it especially for families.

Its an experience

We visited this property 70973 on May 2013. We had a stone villa on the upper level closer to the entrance / parking area of the property. It was exactly as described in the photos of the ad. The owner Tasos waited for us the day of arrival with his staff and give us all the information for the property and the island. The view is the big advantage there . Also the very professional stuff. The villas ,all four stone villas, each one with its own pool, it’s a nice comfortable family accommodation. Very good for someone who want to relax 2 weeks, above a fantastic beach with a good privacy and the best view on the island. Lefkas is a very beautiful island. Fantastic landscape and long secluded beaches, especially on the west. There are some very nice small villages, on the coastline, where you can find good food next to the sea. Good experience, recommended property.

Dream view

Its hardly someone find a better piece of land to construct a holiday house.It seems that the owner found it some years before and now he is fully booked from early May to mid October .I was surpirced when I was checking the availability before I booked my holidays,but when I arrived there ,I understood why. Any way,the view and the spot are unbelievable,the service is very good as there is staff in the property all day,the houses are comfortable for families up to 4-5 persons ,there is enough privacy,and a very beautifull island around,Lefkas,unexpected beautifull,all green around,with nice small houses and picturous landscapes. You need a car ,unless if you prefer to stay all day in the house,which is not a bad choice ,if you need to relax. There are car rentals everywhere in the island ,also bike rentals. Choose Lefkas town for food,its better. From Nidri,on the west coast you can hire a boat for a daily cruise to some closer small islands. I met polite and friendly people. It was nice,maybe I be back in the future.

Perfect choice for a family holiday!!!

Its hard to describe this .Unique place,unique view and also very good service. The Ionian sea (its the name of the sea on the west part of Greece ,as they told me) is below you.And a beach from your best dreams ,especially in the early morning,absolutelly empty. Crystal waters. I was planning to search the whole island with my wife,but I didn’t.The whole week I was lying on the sunbed drinking my beer in front of the sea. The house is a stone traditional old style Greek house(there are four of them in the property).Stone walls make it very breezy inside(we didn’t use the air conditions)it was early June with 28 degrees out.It was very comfortable for 3 adults and two children(our group). The big advantage is that the property is far away,3km ,from any car road and there is no other construction around,so there is no noise at all.After a week there we forgot the city noises.Its a place for relax. The parking area on the level above the villas is really helpful. There is staff at the property ,not exactly room service ,but there is always someone in the property ,you can ask for information or extra towels, for example… Pool was cleaning every morning from a pool boy.Its deep ,from 1m to 2.40 meters. Agios Nikitas is a nice village ,3km away.Good for someone to visit.Some fishermen there ,sale fishes from their boats in the morning.I bought some for the barbeque. You must search a little,a lot of the restaurants there serve a typical “tourist food”. Best place for food is Lefkas town,10 km away,I think Good experience.

Dreaming to come back there again

We are an Italian family ,we live in Greece the last 15 years.I thought that the best view in Greece is the Santorini volcano.But last summer when I was visited this place in Lefkas,with my family I can say that I started to think about it again. The view from the top of the hill,when we faced the sea from the window of our villas was breathtaking,especially in the early morning ,when none was on the beach below.(My wife preferred the sunsets in the afternoon,maybe also better from Santorini,if someone know). There is staff in the property,a girl named Petia,Petra…Vey helpful. The villa is a traditional stone construction,like the old houses we saw in the villages around.Its the traditional style of Lefkas they told us.Really nice. Agios Nikitas village is a tourist place at 3 km distance from the villas. Even in July,there are some places to eat and drink,away from the awfull “tourist summer food” which you cant avoid in a lot of places in Greece in peak season. We had a wonderfull time.I hope to be back next year. Santorini lost a customer.
