Enjoy the full beauty of the Mosel river from direct views out of all front windows and balcony. The Rotling apartment, within the Jewel of the Mosel townhouse, is spread over 2 floors, giving commanding views from both levels. It is an ideal base for couples and small families with the selection of sleeping arrangements which it offers. Relax on the sofa looking out through the balcony doors directly across the river, or enjoy a glass of wine sitting out on the sunny balcony. Bedrooms and work area are on the first floor, living room and kitchen and are on the second floor.

Relax and sit watching the barges, river cruise ships and pleasure boats passing your windows and balcony on the Mosel. Step outside and board one of these for a trip to nearby Cochem or Traben Trabach. Sit outside under grape vines on the promenade or wander the streets of the town - all criss crossed by vines. Stroll up into the vineyards behind the house for magnificent views, or for the more energetic take well marked Nordic walking routes. There are even dog walks marked out by paw prints, and we are very pet friendly!

Enjoy sampling the famous wines from the local vineyards - you are sure to take home some bottles of the famous Zeller Schwarze Katz!

The apartment is well equipped and furnished so even on a rainy day you would be happy indoors (if you had not chosen to explore the exciting museums of Roman Trier!)

Awesome balcony on the Mosel

Jewel of the Mosel has a great central location directly in front of the Mosel River. We greatly enjoyed sitting on the balcony sipping wine while overlooking the river!

Good apartment for a couple of nights away

Great location with the balcony looking directly onto the river. The addition of the garage was very helpful but the free car park is easy walking distance if your car doesn't fit in the garage. Zell is a nice little town, there is a large supermarket across the river easily accessible by car.

Ideal location for exploring the Mosel

Fantastic welcome by Frau Hammer who could not have been more informative or friendly. The appartment is almost in the centre of the Mosel and therefore excellently situated for exploring. Numerous walks around the hills with exquisite views of the area. Will definitely go back.

Lovely apartment with amazing views

Had a brillant stay in Rotling apartment, great facilities and the addition of a balcony seating area added to the experience. This is my second visit and enjoyed even more than last time. There are amazing views out over the Mosel valley. Will definitely be returning.

Two night stay

Great location right on the waterfront with stunning views. Great value for money paid. Would highly recommend this appartment. We stayed in the two story two bedroom appartment. Two bedrooms first floor and living room with balcony, kitchen and bathroom on second floor. Only complaint is the garage on the ground floor is connected by stairs to the apartment and all the rubbish bins were stored in there and the smell of rubbish came up through the apartment.

JEWEL OF MOSEL

Eine wunderschöne, lebendige Location im Herzen von Zell/Mosel mit direktem Blick auf die Mosel. Eine Garage war inklusive, sehr vorteilhaft. Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war super. Das Badezimmer in der zweiten OG und das WC in der ersten OG sind sehr gut ausgestattet. In der zweiten OG befindet sich die Küche/Wohnzimmer mit dem im Foto erkennbaren Balkon. Man muss den günstigen Preis für 4 erwachsene Personen (pro Person für 3 Nächte 70 Euro) aber trotzdem etwas differenzieren: Es ist definitiv nur 1 Schlafzimmer vorhanden, das angebotene 2. Schlafzimmer bestand aus einer kleinen Klapp-Couch oder wahlweise einem Klapp-Bett, welches als Schlafgelegenheit für eine erwachsene Person nicht nutzbar war. Die Mülltonnen stehen in der hauseigenen Garage, also nach dem Parken schnell die Tür zur Unterkunft schliessen, wegen der Geruchsbelästigung. Wir haben unsere Tage im schönen Zell trotzdem sehr genossen und können die "Jewel of the Mosel" gerne weiter empfehlen.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist Top. Man hat einen tollen Ausblick auf die Mosel und ist direkt im Ortskern. Die Einrichtung ist leider sehr veraltet und die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Wir würden diese Unterkunft nicht noch einmal buchen.

Ich würde diese Unterkunft nicht empfehlen

Es war ziemlich unsauber, überall an den Decken hingen Spinnenweben. Bevor man in den Wohnbereich kommt (Whg. für 4 Pers) musste man durch das Schlafzimmer gehen. Es gibt einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Mosel. Der Nachteil es ist durch die Hauptstr. durch den Ort ziemlich laut. Der Fernseher ist in die Jahre gekommen und ließ sich nicht richtig laut stellen. Es gab lediglich 2 Badehandtücher, auch keine mittlere Größe,nur ein kleines Gästehandtuch ware vorhanden. Geschirrhandtücher nue ien gebrauchtes war da. Es gibt keine Garderobe, man konnte seine Jacken nirgendwo aufhängen. Ist die Wohnung darüber zum selben Zeitpunkt vermietet wirst du verrückt durch rumrückende Stühle. (Abhilfe könnten Filze schaffen) Wir würden diese Wohnung nicht noch einmal mieten

Hammer Lage!

Sehr schöne Lage, man Sitz auf dem Balkon quasi genau an der Mosel. Schöne Umgebung um Rad zu fahren, oder zu Wandern. Die Möblierung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber ok…. Gerne wieder!
