Small farmhouse of 200m2 located in a quiet area of ​​l'Ametlla de Mar 5km from the beach, 40km from Port Aventura and 45km from Reus Airport. It is distributed on two floors with the kitchen, living room, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom on the lower floor and 3 bedrooms and 1 toilet on the upper floor. It has a large fully fenced outdoor area with a 10x6x3m private pool, hammocks for sunbathing, palapa, terraces, children's area, covered barbecue space and a small pond. There is a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, fans, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, private parking area and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free property and pets are allowed with an additional cost. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax and documentation. Groups under 28 years of age are not accepted. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
