The Finer Details (House Rules)

Capacity: While this is a spacious 3-bedroom home, we cap bookings at 4 guests to maintain a relaxing atmosphere.

Efficient AC Usage: To help us conserve energy, please turn off the AC when leaving the room or opening windows. We include a generous 125 electricity units per week (plenty for normal use). Excess usage will be billed at B$1.50 per unit.

Travel Insurance: We highly recommend securing comprehensive travel insurance for your peace of mind.

Check-In: If our property managers are available, they will meet & greet you upon arrival at the villa; otherwise, it will be self-check-in. Government-issued ID may be required upon arrival.
