This is a lovely villa featuring a private pool and garden, with beautiful Bottom Bay beach just a 2 minutes stroll, with its breathtaking white sand and coconut trees, this beach is often used for advertising Barbados as the idyllic beach paradise by companies such as Virgin Atlantic, Conde Naste and P&O Cruises to name just a few.

The 3-bedroom villa features air-conditioned bedrooms and a well equipped kitchen and appliances. The living room has comfy lounge seating, ceiling fans and a smart TV ready for you to login to your streaming account eg. Netflix. The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom and a walk-in closet. The spacious covered back verandah offers calm privacy and overlooks the private pool and garden. This is one of the more spacious villa designs in Atlantic Rising with a layout that affords guests bedroom privacy. FREE High-speed WiFi (great for remote working) and a phone with FREE calls to all landline and mobile numbers in Barbados (very useful for booking restaurants, trips, etc).

Bottom Bay is on the South-east coast of Barbados in the parish of St Philip, with most of the island within a 30 minute drive. The Atlantic breeze on this side of the island means that even on the hottest days the temperatures are comfortable. Bottom Bay beach (voted as being in The Times' and Conde Nast's top-ten best beaches in the world) with its white sands and coconut palms is 2 minute stroll away. Harrismith, Palmetto and Long Bay are also stunning beaches which are just a short stroll. For less confident swimmers the Northern end of Long Bay has a very calm swimming area. It is a beautiful, peaceful location, far away from the crowds of other more touristy areas, just perfect for coastal walks exploring nearby coves and beaches. And at night, this is the perfect spot for some amazing star gazing.

The villa is best suited for couples who want somewhere to relax after a busy day enjoying the many sights and interesting places to visit on the island. (Although the villa has 3 bedrooms, we prefer to keep bookings down to 2-4 people.)

There are several local friendly bar/restaurants that serve food, including La Shack, Dis Ole House (set in a beautiful garden oasis) and the more local vibe of Marco Polo, Thelmas and Delons (great Karaoke on Friday evenings). The Crane Resort is also nearby with several restaurants, duty-free shopping, a small convenience store, ice cream/coffee shop and a relaxing lounge bar.

The busier South and West coasts are 20-30 minutes drive away with an eclectic selection of bars and restaurants to suit all budgets. A firm favourite of locals and visitors alike is the Friday night fish-fry in Oistins on the South coast, an inexpensive fun evening. The gorgeous beaches of Enterprise, Rockley and Dover are all located along the South Coast.

Bridgetown's harbour and shopping are a 25-30 minute drive away (if you avoid rush hour traffic), and golf courses at the Barbados Golf Club and Sandy Lane Resort are just 15 & 30 minutes away, respectively.

At least one FULL day is needed between check-in/out for thorough cleaning so please bear this in mind when choosing your dates if there is an existing booking.

Please ensure that you have adequate insurance to cover your travel and holiday.

We do request that guests do not leave the aircon on unnecessarily, eg. when the window is open or if there is nobody in the room. (We include 125 units of electricity per week during your stay which is gauged on our own use while in the villa. In the unlikely event that you use excess electricity, we may charge for the excess at B$1.50 per unit.)

Government ID may be requested at check-in and failure to provide this may result in the booking being cancelled.
