From this room is a small balcony where two can enjoy the comings and goings of the river mouth. Also overlooking the same views is the master bedroom with king size bed and en suite shower room.To the rear of the property are a second bedroom with twin beds, a third with bunk beds and the family bathroom with bath and shower over. Also down a few steps is the kitchen which is fully fitted with electric oven and grill, gas hob, extractor, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, cafetiere and washer dryer.Hannafore beach is a two minute walk away and West Looe square is five minutes. There are numerous shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs to enjoy as well as boat trips, boat hire and coastal path walks with the beautiful South West Coastal Path being just a five minute walk from the door. Arches has a reserved parking space and with gas central heating guests can be sure of a comfortable stay all year round.There is a zig zag, metal stepped path leading down from the parking area, with hand rail. Arches No 1A can be booked with Arches No 3 and Arches No 1 which can each accommodate 4 guests, meaning parties of up to 14 guests can enjoy holidaying close by whilst retaining their own space and facilities.
