Gressingham 42 is a cosy 4 bedroom lodge, sleeping up to 8 people – perfect for large families or groups of friends, there are one double and three twin rooms. The master bedroom includes an en suite shower room and there is another large main bathroom with a bath and overhead shower. The lodge comes with a full decked area and overlooks a grass area. No pets.

There is a £100 security deposit to be paid on arrival.

Please note- there will be a £100 deposit (preferably with the same card used to book your break) requested upon arrival, this will be returned at the end of the holiday, subject to damage or loss. You will also need to bring proof of identification.

Please note the cost of Highchairs and Cots are £14 per week and £7 per short break each.

Pets are £45 per week and £35 per short break each.

Facilities

Please note the swimming pool policy requires children aged 16 and under to be accompanied into the pool by a parent or carer.

Please note the park won't be providing any towels

Please note that you will receive a pre-arrival call within 7 days of your stay. During this call, a refundable payment will be taken over the phone. This amount will be returned within 3–5 working days after check-out, provided no damages occur and all keys are returned.
