Villa Rose is a great 4 bedroom holiday property. Situated in a lovely, quiet residential area of Plasscassier/Valbonne.

The incredibly large grounds are wonderful and very private. The gardens are partially manicured, but mostly left natural, which is great for children to play and explore.

Located at the end of a cul de sac, Villa Rose is in a beautiful quiet and peaceful residential area.

The views of the mountain range and countryside are absolutely fantastic! The great views can be enjoyed from everywhere in the garden.

There are many areas in the garden to relax and enjoy nature and the surroundings.

The pool area has a large tiled terrace around it perfect for sun bathing on the sun loungers. There is also a covered pool house area which has a built in barbecue and sink. This is a lovely place to enjoy midday meals in the shade by the pool.

The pool is large, approximately 12m x 6 m, with a ladder going in the shallow end of the pool.

There is also a large covered terrace attached to the house, which overlooks the pool, garden and has great views of the mountains. Another perfect area for enjoying outdoor meals and relaxation time in the shade.

The villa is laid out on 2 levels, with every room benefiting from the fantastic views looking over the countryside and mountains beyond.

The living/ dining area and kitchen are all on the main ground level. There is a very spacious living area which opens onto the covered terrace, overlooking the pool area.

The adjacent dining area is perfect for indoor meals with a view.

The kitchen is Provencal style and very spacious for cooking home meals.

The ground level has 1 large bedroom, with double bed and ensuite bathroom.

The first floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are 2 large double bedrooms and 1 children’s bedroom.

The children’s bedroom has great bunk beds with a double bed and 2 single beds.

All the first floor bedrooms open onto a long terrace which overlooks the garden, pool and mountains beyond. There is also a seaview in the distance, from this terrace.

The villa has lots of character with Art Deco style bathrooms, typical French architecture and large French door openings.

Located near charming villages and close to the mountains and coast, Villa Rose is in an ideal position to enjoy the natural beauty and attractions of the Cote d’Azur.

The villa is just a 10-15 minute walk from a supermarket and boulangerie – where one can get fresh baguettes and croissants in the mornings – and some good restaurants where families can enjoy lunch or an evening meal.

Just a few minutes drive from the villa is the incredibly charming village of Valbonne.
