This is a Special Place to unwind. 5 Super Luxury Spacious Bedrooms with views of Mountains & Golf Course. The accommodation is for quiet family enjoyment and no parties allowed due to the residential nature of the location of the home. Spacious double volume open tranquillity with roaming wild game antelope and koi pond in immediate surrounds with beautiful views of the Mountains bordering the most picturesque part of the plush green golf course with an adjacent dam with fish and bird life. The space
Upstairs graces 5 Super Luxury Spacious Bedrooms; all bedrooms opening onto separate veranda . Three bedrooms en-suite & two bedrooms sharing a bathroom. Bathrooms are spectacular genuine marble floors and walls with extravagant smooth marble finishes. High speed wifi throughout the large Villa. Downstairs all marble and granite kitchen; scullery; pantry; dining room; viewing deck; lounge; bar; TV room; a guest loo and 3 car garage. Special areas are the Underground Wine Cellar; Walk in Fridge; the marble clad fire-pit; separate gas braai area; manicured garden.

Guest use of entire Villa including the use of an underground wine cellar; own pool and lapa. Gas braai and elevated verandah. Pool and pool deck; 2 parking garage area and outside parking on paved driveway area. The home is situated on the 11th hole of The Seasons Eco Golf Estate Secure Access Estate with access to play 18 holes of golf; Restaurant; Spa and a Waterpark within the Estate. The Elephant Park; Lion Park; Cheetah Park; Cable Car; Cameleon Village Craft Market; Drive over Hartebeespoort Dam Wall; Zoo; Shopping and external Restaurants in close proximity.
Most people just chill out at the house because of the relaxing energies and tranquil location but for those that want to see the sights please see details attached of places of interest in the Hartbeespoort if you wish to plan ahead.

Facilities within Seasons Estate. All these facilities are within the Seasons Estate. No need to leave the Security Lifestyle Estate. Facilities however are not all within walking distances due to the extensive area of the Seasons Estate.

Walking - the Seasons Eco Estate is walk friendly with many species of birdlife; approximately 300 antelope (Springbuck; Impala; Blesbuck; Nyala) and a multitude of spring hare; rabbits; squirrels and the like to view and enjoy. Please refrain from walking on the golf course during golfing hours 8am till 4.30pm due to the danger of being struck by golf balls during golf tournament play.

Golf - available to play at very competitive prices. Proceed to the Pro Shop and book a round of golf. Limited Clubs for hire are available. The 18 hole golf course with magnificent views and abundant wildlife is a wonderful experience. We advise the use of a cart on this course.

Restaurant/ Pizza and Deliveries are available at the clubhouse restaurant at the Golf Course adjacent to the second entrance boom. This restaurant enjoys an Italian Menu with inside and outside seating with a bar area outside.

There is a beautiful Skybar available at the Sport and Spa Recreational area with views from above of the waterpark. Below the Skybar is a well equiped; inside and outside seated restaurant serving breakfast; lunch and dinner.

Padel Courts are available in the Recreation area of Sport and Spa and booking is required via Playtomic.

a Large; Magnificent Spa and Massage and Beauty Treatment Facility is available at the Seasons Sport and Spa area. This extensive Spa offers Couples and Group sessions; treatments; massages; facials and all Spa Facilities.

Wild Game in the form of Springbuck; Blesbuck; Impala and Nyala in abundance are available for viewing especially on and around the Golf Course. These animals seem very tame but they remain wild animals so please do not attempt to feed these magnificent animals.
