Location, staff and pool are great. Had issues as soon as I went into the apartment. No air conditioning in 2 out of 3 rooms. Notified the owner who questioned my complaint. Owner sent several maintenance staff but they couldn’t fix it. Took two and half days for the air conditioner issue to be fixed. One air conditioner needed to be replaced and the other needed extensive cleaning of its heavily clogged coils. One Shower head had no pressure and needed replacement. TVs only showed one channel. I asked for a partial refund and the owner was offended. I think my request was not unreasonable since I had no air conditioning in Cartagena in the middle of the summer. Especially after she claimed that the entire apartment was checked and everything was perfect. I would not recommend staying there nor I would stay there again. Additionally, after check out, she claimed that two AC remotes were missing and wanted to charge me $25 each. When I told her to recheck and that I had a video of my exit, the controllers were found. Innocent mistake? I don’t know. Furthermore, I believe the owner lives in the building and is likely watching you as you use the common areas. Feels a bit creepy if that is going on. Keep looking as there are you plenty of other properties in Cartagena. Hope this review helps.
