Excellent pre holiday information and very obliging host. Apartment spacious and in super condition. Great to have own parking bay. Lovely welcome hamper. Will definitely stay again.

The apartment is in a fabulous location, on a pretty street and less than a ten minute walk to the town centre. It is tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Having a parking space is a huge bonus and the directions given to the property were very helpful. A lovely welcome basket awaited us on arrival and a few provisions like sourdough bread, milk and Yorkshire Tea. We had a really lovely stay and I can’t recommend it enough.

We came by train was10 - 15min walk but found apartment easily.House was lovely welcome pack was lovely. The instructions given were perfect.The only slight thing we had was I think they forgot to wipe down the glass table and doors in the lounge and mirrors in the bedroom and one night someone was playing really loud music for about 4 hours think they were just getting ready to go out and getting in the party mood I’m sure we have all done the same at some point but it wouldn’t stop us going back to the apartment as it was in great position and a lovely apartment.

Ideal location with free parking, less than 10 mins walk to the Minster. Clean and comfortable with a modern feel. Lovely welcome basket. Great communication. We would stay again on future visits to York, if available.
