wonderfull place to stay

Last year we have spent our holiday at this beautiful place with our big family. Nice large garden with plenty of flowers, trees, butterflies, small gecos. Quiet place, beautiful views. Nice place for grilling. Supermarket 5 min by car, the beach Follonica cca 15 min by car. We have booked all the villas except the smallest one, so nobody disturbed us. For us one of the best vacations. If possible will come again for sure!!

Divine Casa Conti di Sotto

"This is by far the best holiday we have ever had. Laura made us feel welcome and in truth we seemed to be at home away from home. The facilities are rather charming. There is hydro-massage, a library, barbecue area, sauna, swimming pool and whole lots me. Many thanks to Vasille and Julia as well who made us lovely breakfasts and were ever so helpful. I would highly recommend Casa Conti di Sotto to everyone. We will be definitely heading back there for future holidays."

Immer wieder ein Traum!

Es war unser 5. Urlaub in Casa Conti di Sotto. Allerdings unser erster nur zu zweit. Deshalb waren wir diesmal in dem kleinen Häuschen Villino il Corbezzolo. Wir waren die letzten Jahre immer mit unseren beiden Söhnen in Casa Conti di Sotto und haben einen traumhaften Urlaub dort verlebt. Weg von Massentourismus und sowas von individuell, einfach herrlich. So auch in diesem Jahr. Es war rundum wunderbar, das einzige was wir vermisst haben, waren unsere Söhne ;-). Nun gut, das ist der Lauf der Zeit. Im letzten Jahr hat unser älterer Sohn seinen ersten Urlaub mit seiner Freundin ebenfalls dort verbracht. Eben weil es so so schön ist. Wenn man so oft an den selben Ort fährt, ist klar, dass man sich dort nicht nur wohl fühlt, sondern fast wie zu Hause. Die Anlage ist traumhaft schön, das Verwalterehepaar sehr sehr hilfsbereit und herzlich, Sie sind uns schon sehr an Herz gewachsen. Wir haben in den vergangenen Jahren vier von den sieben Häusern kennenlernen dürfen und wir können ganz klar sagen, es fehlt an nichts. Alle Häuser sind sehr gut ausgestattet und man kann sich von der ersten Sekunde an wohlfühlen. Wir kommen sicher immer wieder in dieses kleine Stück vom Paradies. Alexandra und Thomas

Villino il Corbezzolo

Nach 3 Aufenthalten zu fünft in der Villa Sugherella waren wir in diesem Jahr zu 3. im (renovierten) Villino il Corbezzolo. Für 3 Personen ausreichend groß - gemütliche Terasse direkt am Pool. Da es sich um unseren 4. Besuch handelte, ist wohl klar, dass wir die Anlage lieben. Viele geschmackvolle Details werden ständig weiter entwickelt - mitten in der Natur - neben Eidechsen und Fröschen lief uns im Wald auch mal ein Stachelschwein über den Weg. Die Verwalter sind IMMER freundlich und hilfsbereit und mit "Siri's" Hilfe konnte ich mich auch auf Italienisch verständigen. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr herzlich und familiär. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Villa Giulia, Villa Sugherella

We spent a week at Casa Conti die Sotti. We had such a lovely holiday being our first time visiting the region of Tuscany. This place gave us exactly what we were looking for away from the noisy towns! with a beautiful homely and family atmosphare! The personal attendant, Vasile is very friendly and would assit us whenever we asked for help, together with is wife. The Pool plus the fitness room facing the woods out in the natur was truly the Highlights. We met lovely families and spent some evenings together, sitting outside enjoying our own made Buffets. It was just great! The kids just loved it playing and running around!! Laura is very friendly and welcoming! She did show lots of concern to her guests and would give us some tips for Excursions too. We trully appreciated that! Casa Conti die Sotto is located uphill, sorrounded by forest and beautiful Olive yards. Supermarkets is just 5min away by Car, or we would drive to Follonica, the next biggest town for about 20min where there are varieties of S/markt, Malls and shops. We managed to make trips to Pisa, Florence and Siena enjoying the beautiful landscapes of Vine yards e.t.c We definetly plan to come back next year. We say Thank you very much to the team of Casa conti for this unforgetable Holiday we had in Tuscany!!! we are still enjoying the red Wine and Olive Oil from this Farm that we brought home with us as Sourvenirs!! Buono...... Grazie :-)

Beautiful property

We stayed in Villa Rosmarino with our family of 5. Super cute and well maintained. We do not speak Italian, but were able to communicate with Vasile who runs the property. The property is absolutely gorgeous, and exactly what we were looking for a Tuscany getaway. We had a car and drove to Siena, Florence, and San Gimignano-- They were about 90 minutes to 2 hrs away. Beaches are close by. Laura, the owner, is wonderful to deal with.

Un endroit magnifique, un havre de paix, très bien pensé. Je recommande vivement cette location. Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel. Merci aux deux personnes sur place qui gère le domaine, ils sont adorable et très disponibles.

molto romantico! assolutamente da raccomandare

A fine anno, io e mio marito abbiamo trascorso una settimana estremamente piacevole a Casa Conti, dalla signora Laura, al Villino Il Corbezzolo. La prima cosa che ci ha colpito è stato l’aspetto complessivo della struttura: molto curata, immersa nella natura ma piena di servizi che la fanno assomigliare ad un centro wellness!!! Anche il nostro villino era super pulito e molto romantico, perfetto per 2 persone. Abbiamo apprezzato il servizio discreto del personale ma sempre presente quando importava. Quello che è piaciuto anche molto è stata la possibilità di essere coccolati con una deliziosa colazione. Vista il periodo, non abbiamo avuto modo ovviamente di fare bagni ma abbiamo visto che c’è una grande piscina per gli adulti ed una piscina separata per i bimbi, oltre ad un invitante idromassaggio ed una specie di percorso Kneipp, quindi ci siamo già prenotati per questa estate! Anche perché Casa Conti è in posizione molto riservata ma è davvero vicina a tutto. Insomma quel periodo è stato uno dei migliori fine anno che abbiamo trascorso. Tutto è stato davvero speciale!!!! Casa vacanze ideale per una vacanza in Toscana

Ein kleines, schnukkeliges Häuschen direkt am Pool mit einer super Terrasse. Der Urlaub war spitzenmäßig und ich kann die sehr saubere Anlage nur weiterempfehlen. Wir waren zu viert und hatten 2 Häuschen, dass war spitze, denn die Villinio il Cor. ist wirklich sehr klein aber in Kombination mit der Villa Mimosa war das super. Es war sicherlich nicht unser letzter Urlaub dort.

Villa Mimosa

Wir haben unseren Urlaub (August 2010) im Objekt "Villa Mimosa" des Casa Conti di Sotto verbracht. Es handelt sich um eine sehr gepflegte und saubere Anlage mit einem wunderschönen Pool-Bereich (samt Whirlpool). Die Kontaktperson vor Ort ist freundlich und nahezu jederzeit erreichbar da ebenfalls auf dem Gelände wohnhaft. Unsere Einheit war liebevoll und mit allem Komfort eingerichtet. Der nahegelegene Ort Gavorrano ist sehr idyllisch und sind 2 sehr gute Restaurents im Ort befindlich. Der einzige Kritikpunkt bei unserem Apartment: Die Wand bzw. Türe zum Nachbarapartment "Giulia" (bei Bedarf können offensichtlich beide zusammengelegt werden) ist sehr hellhörig. Das hat zumindest uns etwas gestört. Dies ist der einzige Grund warum wir nicht 5 Sterne vergeben. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden die Anlage jedenfalls empfehlen.

Casa Contuidisotto - Villa Rosmarino

Sehr idylisch gelegene und überschaubare Ferienanlage, sehr familiär mit ausreichend Unterhaltungsmöglchkeiten für die Familie. Ideal für Ausflüge gelegen, jedoch zum Teil unbefriedigende Anfahrt (steil, Schotterweg). Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und ordentlich und empfehlenswert. Villa Rosmarino war sehr sauber und preislich fair, jedoch etwas dunkel und kühl. Störend waren die vielen Stechmücken Ende Juli, sehr gut war das Essen und die Poolanlage. Ohne Auto geht hier jedoch gar nichts, da zu weit weg von Gavorrano. Sehr empfehlenswert für junge Familien, schön und ruhig gelegen.
