Enjoy days swimming in the pool or sunbathing . Drinks on the Naya watching the sunset then preparing dinner and eating outside in the summer kitchen . Within walking distance of local amenities including restaurants but just minutes by car to the beautiful seaside towns of Moraira and Javea and some of the best coves on the Costa Blanca . Our three bedroomed, two bathroomed villa with Naya,two lounge areas and modern inside kitchen and outside kitchen has everything your family needs for an amazing holiday.

Amazing house to feel en enjoy the holidays
We had fantastic holidays in the Villa. The villa has all you can wish for, at a nice place with a fantastic pool and several areas to enjoy the shade or just to relax. The beds were very good and comfortable. All was there and very complete. We had a fantastic time en enjoyed every minute at the villa. You really need a car, as is mentioned in the ad, to visit all the nice spots, towns and beaches the area has to offer and to do the groceries for example. I cannot say very much more, as all was perfect. Nothing to complain about ;). The pictures in the ad are exactly how it was in real, so the high expectations we had before were completely met when we were there. Wonderful! We will certainly recommend this villa and we would love to come back here if we visit the area again. Contact with the owner Suzie and the welcome by keyholder Mick went very smooth and pleasant, which made our stay feel as if we were home.

Stunning Modern Villa *5 Stars*
We recently stayed at this Villa for our family holiday of five in Moraira. With so many Villas to choose from we felt incredibly lucky booking this one. The Villa is very well kept with a modern interior including 3 Air-Conditioned Bedrooms for those hot nights. The Villa offers elevated views across the valley below with picturesque mountains in the distance. The outdoor dining facilities are exceptional just like the pictures if not better with multiple areas to dine, whether it's at the outdoor Bar Kitchen for Pre-Drinks whilst cooking, up on the Naya for lunch, on Balcony watching the sun sets, or even Pool side under the canopy whilst the kids play in the pool. The privacy and security this Villa has was also reassuring. We scored this Villa 5 Stars on all aspects, Cleanliness was perfect, the checking in/out process with the key holder was seamless. The location and Neighbourhood is so peaceful and only 5 minute drive to all the local amenities, The level of communication and attention to detail from the owner Suzie was to the highest standard and exceeded all of our expectations. All of which made for a perfect relaxing family holiday. We would highly recommended booking this Villa if you are looking for a special Private Pool Holiday experience.

Villa rental at its best
I almost don't want to write this as I would like to keep it available for us! Everything about this was excellent from start to finish. The communication with the owner was outstanding, answering my queries and being helpful throughout. When our flight was cancelled, she didn't hesitate to let us use the villa for the extra day. The villa itself is lovely. It has everything you want for a great holiday. The indoor and outdoor kitchens are superbly equipped, and so nice eating by the outdoor kitchen, again with pizza oven, plancha, dishwasher and fridge. Comfortable bed in master bedroom, great showers etc. Outside space excellent. Lovely naya with panoramic views. Spent hours just watching the changing vista and sunsets. Pool area was great with lots of sun and plenty of sunbeds. The villa felt safe and secure and a nice quiet area but only 5 mins down to Moraira and the beaches, and supermarket just own the hill. We loved it and were sad to leave but already trying to book to come back next year and we never go back to the same place again! Thanks Suzie and Mark, we will be back
