Lovely property and well presented, swimming pool was brilliant and well heated. Isabelle was an attentive and friendly host and at the end of the phone if she was needed. Really enjoyed our stay and would happily go back again.

Villa tilu

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. It has everything you need and very easy access to supermarket and restaurants. We would definately stay again. The owners are very welcoming and kind. A nice bottle of wine on our arrival and some delicious oranges from their garden. Thankyou again Isabelle and Francis.

A very relaxing place to stay

The location of the property was perfect for us, as we were looking for a relaxing holiday away from the crowds. Our children loved the swimming pool, which was probably larger than we expected and we made good use of the outdoor kitchen too. The air conditioning and shutters were a real bonus as the property would have been too hot without them, but our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. There is lots to see and do within a short drive. The local beaches are excellent and there is plenty of shopping and other attractions to visit if you have a car. The host was very responsive but did not intrude on our time at all.

We felt we were experienced travellers having stayed in villas regularly over the last 20years. However this year we learned that you should always read the small print more carefully. Things which are usually included in the advertised villa cost were charged as extras i.e. WiFi, Towels & Bedlinen, Electricity and access to the third bedroom. As a result the cost worked out more than we had originally budgeted.Other things we had issues with was the washing machine, it proved to be less that useful, have never seen its type before and hopefully never will again.While the villa can accommodate 6 people in our view there is limited space around the pool which would make it a bit of a squeeze. Also the hosts live in the basement of the villa so you are never completely relaxed as you are always aware of them coming and going. Particularly as their entrance is beside one of the bedrooms and one of the bathrooms,Another thing I did have an issue with was being asked to leave all appliances and bathrooms clean. While we are not dirty or untidy people the fact we had been charged for Cleaning the equivalent of more than a days pay for someone, I felt was a bit of a cheek.This villa will suit travellers who can drive to the area and live within the euro zone. That way you can bring your own towels and bedlinen and also avoid the banking charges on the cash deposit required as you end up being liable for the conversion to and from your own currency.

la maison es tout simplement idéale il ne manque absolument rien pour passer un super séjours la propriétaire es très disponible toute demande et très sympa. quartier calme, bien située, piscine a 30 degrés, confort, bref nous y retournerons sans hésiter

Absolute Ruhe. Uneinsehbarer, beheizter Pool

Wir hatten hier extrem ruhige und erholsame zwei Wochen. Der Empfang von Frau Bara war freundlich und informativ. Sie zeigte uns alles sehr genau und nahm sich die Zeit dazu. Das Haus ist sauer, modern und hell. Die Einrichtung gepflegt. Die separate Küche zweckmäßig. Sehr komfortabel fanden wir den direkten Zugang vom Schlafzimmer direkt auf die Terrasse und zum beheizten Pool.

Heerlijke villa;vriendelijke hosts

Wij hebben enorm genoten van de villa. Het is wel belangrijk om je te realiseren, dat je in dit gebied echt een auto nodig hebt. Een elektrische fiets kan ook.gastheer en gastvrouw zeer( klant)vriendelijk. Gebreken worden meteen opgelost. Wij raden deze villa aan.

ATTENTION aux frais qui ne sont pas sous l’annonce : des frais qui monte à pas loins de 650 € ( frais de caution:500 € , frais de wifi 15 € , frais de la consommation de l’électricité :20€ on a pas mis la Clim et utiliser l’électricité plus que ça faite attention car 20 € c’est que quelques jours et frais de « gestion » :100€ qui sont injustifiées car nous a ont payées sur la plateforme les frais de gestions Si vous souhaites réserver le logement il est très jolie et spacieux , très propre mais les frais derrière sont indécents Très belle ville et très beau quartier

Man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto. In der Urbanisation ist keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit. Wir hatten Fahrräder dabei, es ist sehr hügelig. Macht nicht wirklich Spaß. Die Wohnung hat einen Pelletsofen. Ist sehr gemütlich, aber mit Arbeit verbunden. Die Pellets sind selber zu beschaffen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett

Séjour formidable à tout point de vue

Nous sommes restés 15 jours et nous avons passés un séjour exceptionnel. La villa est magnifique, très fonctionnel, les moustiquaires dans toutes les pièces et la clim sont vraiment un plus. La villa est très bien agencée et surtout très grande!!!. Isabelle et Francis ont été très arrangeant et après un voyage de 16 heures, nous avons pu intégrer la villa avant l’heure qui était indiquée. Ils nous ont très bien reçu et nous avons pu échanger devant un apéro. Ils nous ont conseillé sur les différents lieux à visiter et les restaurants alentours. La villa est très bien située, Benissa est un village agréable mais surtout la localisation fait qu’à moins de 30 minutes nous avons pu visiter beaucoup d’endroit magnifiques tels que le village de Moreira (3km), Calpe et son magnifique feu d’artifice, Javéa, Benidorm, Altea, cala de Moraig (mon endroit preféré), les fonts de l’algar Etc etc. Ma fille Nayla qui a 16 ans m’a confié que c’était ses plus belles vacances.... Le seul bémol : Les 15 jours sont passés trop vite et nous n’avons pas pu tout visiter!!!!. Nous y revenons donc l’année prochaine. Voilà je n’ai rien d’autre à dire si ce n’est que je recommande les yeux fermés. Fatiha, Thierry, Nayla et Camille

Superbe endroit pour des vacances de rêve !

Magnifique séjour : accueil chaleureux par les propriétaires, à la fois discrets et présents si besoin, de très bons conseilleurs pour les endroits à découvrir, les bons petits restos typiques.. Endroit de rêve pour les golfeurs (Ifach, Oliva, de la sella), à 5 min des plages et donc pas bruyants. Villa superbe comme sur les photos, décorée avec goût, et la piscine chauffée juste bien au mois de mai ! A découvrir absolument !

Excellent situation unless 7 min of the highway. Few Minutes from beaches of Moraira or Calpe. The villa has all the modern comfort, Air conditioning in ALL THE ROOMS, PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL, Internet WiFi, DishWasher, very equipped kitchen, Flat Screen 42' Sat (TNT, International channels, closed garden,Barbecue, several terraces.
